My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage and we did the Valentines special with the champagne and strawberries. The massage was awesome but my therapist talked way too much during it which I thought was strange, she also kept using her vape pen while massaging me which I thought was unprofessional.. she was very nice and did a good job on my massage.

Westwinds is a clean, comfortable and relaxing facility. When I went in, I had a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back, which was causing me a lot of pain. Janice worked very skillfully to get me loosened up and I felt much better after my first visit. Highly recommended!

We were left satisfied not only with our massages but also with the price! We will be going back again and again!!! Westwinds is great! I’ve been there twice and both have been great experiences. Janice is considerate of my needs and knows how to use the perfect amount of pressure. The staff is amazing and even though I called late they were able to move things around and get me in for a session. If you go ask for Trish or Janice.

There's is nothing better after a hard day at work than a good massage and the best massage I've ever had was at Westwinds Massage Therapy. My wife and I used to get a 60 minute couples massage...until we got the 90 minute massage. Once you've had the 90 minute massage you can NEVER go back to the 60 minute one.

Knew about Westwinds thru radio promotion and literally drove by the office in Anherst one afternoon and thought - “I need this, no more procrastinating!” I’m on my feet a lot and somewhere started accepting aches & discomfort. What was I thinking? The Westwinds team squeezed me in the next day to fit my schedule and helped me brush off the workday. (Calgon you’re fired!). I would highly recommend this therapy. I have been to many other places which have also been very good, but at Westwinds they really did listen to me and tailor my massage to my needs. I went to Allan and he seems to sense problem areas and focuses on them. He has surprised me many times by watching my body language and suggesting therapy to addresses problems I didn't even talk about. Afterwards I feel wonderful at at peace with the world!

I have been to many different places over the years and this has to be one if the nicest ones I have been too in a long time. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable about their craft and the owner, Trish, is such a pleasant person to talk to and runs a very professional, clean business and truly cares about her customers. It is so easy to to get an appointment with their online system and it even sends out a text reminder the day before so I don't forget and miss it. There is not much more I can say except I love this place! Nothing bad to say at all.

Very nice atmosphere. Went for a pre-natal massage that was gifted to me. Very professional. Hoped the essential oils would have been used but don’t remember smelling anything aromatherapy except for the massage oil that didn’t smell the greatest, and didn’t use enough of as it was kind of rubbing on my skin with more friction than was comfortable. Her pressure was very deep to my liking and finally did ask her to let up. At first I thought maybe I just hadn’t had a massage in a while and needed to get used to it but after 3/4 I’d the massage I finally asked for lighter pressure as it was hurting! I was definitely sore for days afterwards and tried to drink lots of water as directed. Was still a nice treat even though the pressure was harder than expected.

My experience at Westwinds from day one was amazing. As soon as you walk in everyone greets you and acknowledges your presence. The staff is so helpful about answering questions about services or how to best use a promotion. Trish, the owner literally makes me feel like I'm the only client when I'm there. Im sure she does this on purpose but none the less it makes you feel welcomed and appreciated for your patronage. I have never ever had a bad experience...even when I JUST go in for my sauna appointments. The girls even remember I bring my own water each time but still offer me a glass. Once I said something about how I used all the towels and they left me an additional one my next visit!!! The attention to detail in their technical skills AND customer service is something not found in most businesses these days let alone a spa! Book an appointment and see for yourself what a wonderful slice of paradise Westwinds is!

My gf and I have decided that instead of getting lame trinket-y things for Christmas or any other holiday, we'd get some destressing. This is the place to go for that, we have never had an issue getting in, and we've never left in any measure other than bliss. They also had a drive for the local apl over Christmas and they sponsor the annual black river cleanup. Dogs, Kayaking, Massages. There is nothing else.

I have had a few professional massages but nothing like this one! I got the seasonal spa package that came with a mud mask facial and hand/foot sugar scrub. My massuse was a delight and she did an expert job. I've never had anyone massage the backs of my ears or my browbone before and boy was I missing out! All and all a great experience I would encourage anyone to try any of the services on their menu
