I woke up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain to the point where I contemplated going to the Emergency Room. I was referred to Fabian and after a 90 minute massage my entire neck was completely painless. I have never experienced anything like it, Fabian is the most gifted and knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. I rarely write reviews but this is warranted. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing neck or back pain you will not be sorry.

Have never had a massage before, but this was great. Good atmosphere, and felt great afterwards. Bad side was they called us (getting a couples massage) 45 minutes before the appointment and told us one of the workers was feeling sick and that we needed to reschedule. We decided to just show up anyway, since they didn't answer our calls. We got there, and they took us in like the phone call never happened. So, it all worked out in the end, but it was not a good first impression. Thankfully, the actual massage was great though.

I called 3 times to get an appt for a message and they were booked and only had guys available to give massages. The 4th time I called, my groupon had expired and the girl said I would have to pay the difference, but she had no idea how much it would be. The girl on the phone was not helpful and rude. When I told her that I guess I had to call Groupon to complain she just said ok bye. I guess they are just too busy at this location to even care. Don't waste your time calling this place! BEWARE! Enjoy that 1 star cause you deserve 0.

Looked forward to my appointment for weeks and was such a let down.. the woman sat in a rolling chair while doing my whole sports massage on my back. So really not worth the money in my opinion and I won’t be back. Not sure if she was tired because i was her last appointment for the day, or didn’t care because i used a Groupon?

I booked a Groupon last year and had a good massage so much so I bought another one! I scheduled it, drove 40 minutes and arrived to a locked door. Called and was told it was a miscommunication and would be made up to me. I was upset but I rescheduled with the same person at the same location for a week later. Drive my 40 minutes again to arrive to ANOTHER locked door! Call and was told she was getting tires on her car and was in her way if I didn’t mind waiting...it’s almost 20 minutes past my appointment time at this point. I waited 15 more minutes and call again. “She had an family emergency, and won’t be able to make it” Are you kidding me! No only did you NOT call me but to lie when I call back? Because 15 minutes ago she was just running late and on her way. Now she had a family emergency and was never on her way. It was stressed if I missed it I’d be charged $25 dollars. You missed my appointment twice! I’m extremely disappointed!

I received a chair massage at my place of employment and loved it, so I wanted to schedule at their place of business. I emailed to schedule, and they replied that they'd call me to schedule. I never heard, so I called and left a voicemail. I never got a returned call, so I emailed again asking if someone could call me when I got off work. I still haven't heard after teo emails and a phone call. The massage was great, but their customer service/communication is definitely lacking.

I got a gift certificate here for my birthday and I used it towards the 60 min deep tissue massage. My therapist was Yolanda and she couldn't have done a better job. She was friendly and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

I got a facial last week, and overall experience was pleasant. Initial thoughts were confusion... as the location is within an office building. An odd setting for massage and spa services. The waiting room needs updating and less clutter. However, I had a good experience and my attendant was thorough and professional. I would go back!

Although the therapists were great the time we were able to come. The second appointment, we called the day before to reschedule. Unless you are calling exactly 24 hours, you are charged $25 per person. We had a situation we could not control and called less than 24 hours. We couldn't even get anyone on the phone when we called. I realize that if you call the same day, you will incur a fee. But it's the day before. I would not waste my money at this location again. Good luck and beware to all who use this service you will be charged whether you like it or not.

Absolutely LOVE getting massages here. I'd tell you to ask for Inge, but then that's taking her availability away from when I need her. Lol. In all seriousness, I've had several massage therapists and have never had a bad experience. You owe it to yourself to book a pamper (or medically necessary) massage today!

I recieved a wonderful deep tissue massage. My therapist was very tentative and thorough. I had a few problem areas I requested a bit more focus on. My therapist worked it out with no problem. This was my second time there. Definitely will be returning.

I hurt my lower back working out, so I made an appointment with Fabian for pain management. I left the 60 minute massage feeling SO much relief in my back, plus relief in other muscles that were stiff and had been bothering me as well. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage! It is evident in Fabian's technique that he is very educated in pain relief and he knows how to target the right areas. I definitely will be returning!

I was in Columbus for the weekend with a friend, and we got a "couples" massage here - really great experience! Located in a cute area, free parking, easy to find. The massage office was cozy and nicely decorated. Our massage therapists were wonderful, and we were very happy with the whole experience. I'd highly recommended Touch Therapy!!

OVERCHARGED ME $180!! I called them once I saw it and told them this couldn't be right since I already paid on Groupon and they said on their end they only charged me for the tax (which is about $10). I emailed them my bank statement to prove to them they did overcharge me and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Ridiculous.

Wife said it was the best massage she has had. Heated beds. Very comfortable. I also like getting massage in silence, there was no pressure to talk. Also, Bose speakers, so the music was not grainy. Odd to note but a bad stereo can be really distracting.
