Boyfriend was told I would be able to walk in for my massage he bought me as a gift, after driving a hour away and waiting an extra hour and half because the doors were locked DURING OPEN HOURS. A woman comes out to tell me thats not a option with my 70 dollar prenatal massage, and offered to fit me in the schedule. Well considering Im 36 weeks, have a baby to finish buying stuff for and a car to put gas in. No I will not be wasting another dime of gas money on this crappy business. Will never see me return to such a poorly run place.

Well I loved this place up until today when I received a $45 cancellation bill in the mail. Now yes they called me about an hour after my appointment to say that I had missed my appointment and I got that voicemail the day after because I constantly am on the road for my job. So it slipped my mind to call back and apologize and reschedule. I had planned to do that today when I finally got a change to listen to the voicemail but then I opened the 45 dollar bill. Called them though about it they asked if I wanted to reschedule but I still had to pay the 45 and I said, "no way I won't be returning if I have to still pay that bill." Now believe me I understand having to pay a cancellation fee if I didn't show up but I scheduled my appointment a month in advance so of course I there's a chance I could forget but there's this thing lots of company's out there do called "appointment confirmations." Now if you were like many other companies and actually call to confirm my appointment the day before or two days before or something like that then I would have remembered. I never received an email or call confirmation so again, yes of course I forgot. So maybe it is my fault but I have been going there almost every month for the last nine months and planned to continue coming because I did like their work and I am a loyal guy, but I won't be returning.

I have seen 3 different specialists here. I typically go to Jackie for deep tissue once a week. The packages are a great way to save money. I have fibro, so it is important for me to go to someone who is well trained and keeps up on recent advancements. They have so many different types of massage, you have to find what works for you. I have used the steam tent, cupping, and my favorite, deep tissue. I highly reccomend this AND give them your email! They send you coupons periodically. Fantastic people and I love how flexible they are in their scheduling. Deb also offers Doula services.

And then a friend gave me a gift certificate to Nature's Touch and told me to book my appointment w/ Debbie. I did and it was great! I knew after that first visit that I had found my new LMT!

I'm trying to buy a gift card and I've been down there two days in a row when the website says they'll be open and guess what...they aren't open. There's no information saying they are by appointment only on Google. I'm not comfortable buying a gift card online and it's not ok to say you're open when you aren't. Put on Google that hours can change or something so I'm not wasting my time and gas to go somewhere that's not open. Not pleased. Everything ended up working out great. It was just a misunderstanding. The owner called and set up a time to get the gift card and explained everything. Everyone is really nice and my mom loves this place

Just had a most excellent massage at Nature's Touch...it really doesn't matter which therapist you choose..they are GREAT!! I tried the newest Therapist (Elizabeth)...one word...WONDERFUL I have a chronic neck nerve pain...and I'm 2 days out of massage...and still pain free completely....if you are thinking about it....DO IT NOW!!

Warm and professional service. One of the best massages I have ever received. I originally went because I'd tweaked a muscle in my shoulder from lifting weights, but kept going because it was such an incredible experience.
