I have been fortunate to work with Bill for almost six years. What started as therapeutic massages for aches and strains of daily life drastically changed after a car accident in 2015. Bill was, and remains, an integral member of my treatment team, working on soft tissue damage, problems related to cartilage and meniscus tears to a knee pre- and post-surgery, and the symptoms and physiology of neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. Each massage affords not only direct benefits to the structural and functional issues related to my injuries, but also provides pain relief unlike that of other concurrent treatment modalities. With years of experience and what seems to be boundless knowledge, Bill is able to discern what is wrong where and how to address and alleviate the problem(s). I trust Bill completely and I am incredibly thankful everyday for his skills, treatment, kindness, and caring (as well as his wicked sense of humor). I heard about MedMassage from a friend and went to see Bill last fall before an ultramarathon. I believe the massages helped prepare my body for the race and greatly helped in my recovery. From there I decided going on a regular basis was very worthwhile. I have gone back once a month for the past year and highly recommend to any one experiencing any type of muscle pain. I feel better after workouts and from the daily stresses of sitting at a desk all day. The setting is very comfortable and I appreciate the feedback I receive.

As a runner, I know I place wear and tear on my body. Each month I see Bill--or another therapist-- because I trust their methods and see the efficacy after each session. I am never injured and attribute this success to the therapist's knowledge and communicative skills. I recommend Med Massage to anyone ailing, seeking to treat themselves, or looking for greater knowledge of their body. You will not be disappointed!

I called them for info 3 times but nobody never answered. I left a voicemail. I have a MED referral for a massage therapy. When they did call me back, I found out I cannot speak to anyone for payment arrangement (...first time ever 4me) and I should email them instead. I explained him that I need some questions to be answered in order to send the proper documentation but he let the conversation stalled, offering no help and he even made me feel like I was bothering him. So far is very difficult to do business with them and they don't even seem to appreciate we were interested in their services. I hope that emailing them will make me change this review but right now I'm very disappointed from our first contact. Complicated, unhelpful and very far from the kindness expected when someone offers you business and asks about your services.

It's been 48 hours since I had my first ever deep tissue session, 60 mins. Christi S., did a great job at the consultation. I am 59yr medically retired and suffering from a variety of illnesses and pain. I just had enough of suffering and bearing the pain. So I decided to make a change and improve my life and wellbeing. First get in touch with mind and spirit, done. Then get in touch with my body. The process was not painful, it was invigorating! The next day I felt as I'd had a good work out, i followed the instructions given, and today I feel great! I am looking forward to my next session, I am very positive about the future. Well done Christi! I gave four stars only because I expect it to get better, and better, I want leave room for more praise!
