This really should be 2.5 stars. My massage started late about 3 minutes and by the time it ended I had less than 50 minutes. My masseuse came in the room and didn't explain how that fascility worked until I asked and she was almost out the door. The worst is that she didn't listen after telling her 2-3 times that it was too hard. I was sore the next day- a first in over 20 massages in my life. It was not relaxing. She also focused on my pressure points which only made me wince. When I gave a poor review, the manager called me and explained how the prices were above average because of excellent service. She was quite abrupt and kept telling me that corporate wanted to know why I had given a poor review, which is not professional. This fascility has a lot to learn.

I have been a long time member at the Hilliard location. Typically scheduled times on Sunday mornings without very little difficulty. Over the last several months have not been able to obtain Sunday mornings and even when I tried to book evening times, they were difficult to obtain. During one week, I had appointments scheduled and cancelled sometimes twice within a day. I finally booked a couple of massages at the Dublin location in the evening. Think it is probably time I finish out my accumulated charges for February and the upcoming one for March and terminate the relationship.

I had a massage scheduled for a little over a week. It was my first time so I was pretty excited! They gave me a call on the Friday before my massage was scheduled (for Sunday) to remind me, and also to let me know if I did not give a 24 hour notice I would be charged a fee. So, this morning I get a call 1.5 hours before my appointment letting me know my therapist called off and I would have to reschedule. I find it odd that they tell us there will be a fee for cancelling less than 24 hours ahead of time, yet they can cancel less than 2 hours before the appt and it is no big deal. They didnt offer anything to me, just left it as "sorry, the best we can do is reschedule you." I am not in town for the near future, so I am now going to have to hold off for quite some time. Not a great experience for me.

Abigail is awesome! I'm always in a lot of discomfort and having issues with my neck, when I arrive. Once Abigail is finished, I'm pain-free and functional again. The facility is nice, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I could be stressed when I arrive, but I'm always relaxed when I leave. Also, the staff are friendly but professional.

I bought two massages here - one for me and one for my best friend for her birthday. It was my first massage experience and I LOVED it. Very clean, very calming, extremely professional, very comfortable. I went to two other places for massages after this (groupon) and my experiences weren't even comparable to Elements in Hilliard. The other places weren't near as calming of environments, definitely not as clean, and I didn't feel like I was in as good of hands. (Pun intended). I plan to only go to Elements from here on out for all of my massages - and it's also the only place I would send others for massages. I have been back since the other two massage places and I was glad I made the decision to stick with Elements.

Once you go inside, you will immediately feel the peacefulness of this beautiful spa. The staff is friendly and caring, and the massages are fantastic! The toughest part is leaving! Good value, too, and they don't pressure you to make your next appointment- though you will want to! Go treat yourself- it will do you good!!

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, On multiple occasions, I have been able to been seen and get what I need the same day of calling. I would recommend this center to everyone.

I have been getting massages here with Jeannette for close to ten years and I love it. I've also gifted massages to my family members, and it's one of their favorite gifts. Jeannette adjusts the level of pressure to each one's preferences, and she'll chat with you if you prefer it or keep mum if that is your preference. Just let her know and she'll adjust. I'd get a massage weekly if I had the time and money - or better yet, daily!!

We both were very impressed and relaxed after our messages. The massage therapists were great! The only thing I wish is that we could have done a couples massage. One treatment wasn't enough to get rid of the knot completely, but it definitely released a lot of tension in my neck and upper back. The therapist was friendly and strong. Buyer beware when it comes to their "easy monthly membership"!! It's "so easy to cancel", clearly their definition of easy is not the same as mine! I had to DRIVE there to sign a form AND they told me we were still required to pay the last month because they need 30 days notice! It's my money. None of this was told to me when I signed up. Massages were good, my massage therapist was really nice. Place was OK, nothing fancy.

Prior to finding Elements, getting an appointment for a massage, when needed was a cumbersome process. But not anymore, and the price is excellent. This is one of my newest favorite places.

I received an outstanding deep tissue massage. At a previous facility, I felt like I was petted. Here, I actually got results I had hoped for. The therapist took time to understand my problem areas and worked to improve those areas. I would visit again. They have a program where one can pay a flat rate like a gym membership to receive monthly massages. As I continue to improve my health, I may sign up for that service! It's an investment in my health.

I searched for a good massage therapist in Columbus for months before finding Elements. I find the location to be extremely inconvenient for me personally, especially when trying to get a massage in right before or after work (traffic!), but I keep going back because I need deep-tissue/trigger point work and I have yet to find anyone else in Columbus who does it right. The membership is worth it for the discount, and legitimately seems to have no strings attached. When I got laid off from work, Elements was awesome about canceling it quickly, no additional charges, no questions asked, and I still got to use all the massages I'd banked while being a member. Would definitely recommend this place... especially to anyone who would not always be fighting rush hour to get there.

Andrea has done my last 2 massages and she is excellent. Finds my problem areas quickly and doesn't waste time. If I am in the mood to talk then we chat, otherwise it is very peaceful and relaxing. She gives more of a therapeutic massage but not too intense. Perfect for sore muscles if you work out. I look forward to my next session with her! The front desk staff is helpful and friendly too. Easy to make and change appointment times, although I wish this could be done myself online. Once you get attached to a certain therapist book early as it is sometimes difficult to get in last minute, hence the reason I would like online appointments so I could do it when I think of it, I always seem to forget to call until I'm desperate for a great massage! I am open to other therapists but really love the way she works on my muscles! Thank you Andrea!

What The Fit!

I’ve been wanting to get a massage now for months. Finally, after getting a gift card to this establishment I was able to do that today! I meant with “Sam.” He provided a quick consultation and then we headed back to the room. I asked for a deep tissue massage with moderate to heavy pressure. He hit all the pints I asked about. The massage ended up being 50 minutes. Totally not enough time for me! I would recommend the 90 minute massage or 2 hours. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.

We had trouble booking massages at our usual places in the same time blocks, and Elements Massage was able to get us both in with very little notice! Both of us enjoyed our massages! My massage therapist asked about the areas I'd like her to focus on, and she delivered. This is a little out of the way compared to my usual spot, but if they were all booked up again, I'd come back.

This was my first massage experience outside of prenatal massages. I called and was able to get an appointment the following day, which was awesome. The receptionist was very pleasant and easy to deal with when I arrived. The therapist was very attentive to the areas that I was concerned with and very helpful in giving me ideas for stretches to help keep those areas loose. Their customer service is the worst. I joined the wellness program and can't seem to find anyone in the company to cancel it. I've contacted the store and corporate. I also contacted the BBB and they won't respond to them either. So far I've been charged 3 times for massages I'll never be able to use. I'd give negative stars if I could. They cancelled nothing. Still taking automatic deductions in November. That's 4 payments now. And nothing has been refunded to me. Unbelievable. December and you still haven't canceled anything. Absolutely horrible business practice.

The massage therapists are professional and expert at any type of massage, however, they detail the therapy for your specific physical and emotional needs. As a member of the wellness program, I have 1-2 massages per month and the benefits to my health are tremendous.
