WONDERFUL!! I used to be a member of another Massage Place that locked me in for a year. This is fantastic that it's MONTH to MONTH and if you go for an additional massage monthly, you save money! Brilliant! They are SUPER friendly, professional and my massage was absolutely amazing!!!

I have gotten massages from many places and several different countries but this was by far the best massage I've ever had. Sarah was absolutely fantastic and I felt completely refreshed and relaxed when I left. I generally go for deep tissue massages but her firm pressure massage worked out all the stiff muscles and knots that had been bothering me. If it wasn't for the fact that I might be moving soon for work, I would have 100% booked another appointment on the spot.

Just to be clear, I have not visited this location. The reason for my rating is the website (at least the mobile one), was very hard to navigate. The page kept moving up and down focusing on different parts. I can’t finish reading a section before it moved me to another part, so I would have to find where I was to finish reading. Unfortunately, I had to move on to another massage establishment because I couldn’t get the information I was looking for. I hope someone reads this and decides to update/fix the mobile website.

I had a wonderful experience at Elements Massage in Avon. The staff is professional. Courtney applied gentle to medium pressure, which was exactly what I asked for. It was so pleasant and relaxing! She has a warm and gentle personality that only added to the all-around most pleasant experience! I would definitely book with her again!

Otherwise, if it wasnt for pricing I would get a membership and go back to the female I saw. Kindof expensive, but decent and clean atmosphere with good massage.

Unfortunately very disappointed. My massage lady was EXCELLENT but I didnt get into the room till 5:06, she talked for a couple minutes then left and didnt return till 5:11. I didn't think anything of this until she said we were finished at 5:50! I paid 69$(First time intro rate) for a 39 minute massage, that's nuts! My total was 81.37$ after tip.
