The absolute best. Erin has an impressive understanding of the body and how it works under stress. The first time she worked on me, she broke the cycle of a two week long migraine. The next time, she gave me substantial relief in my swimmer's shoulder. Today she worked on a back injury from 3 months ago, and already I feel a difference. She always takes the time to ask about my physical health before starting, and she makes educated recommendations to help maintain at home. Because I live out of state, I only get go to Sync about once a year. For anyone living in the Asheville area, this is THE place to go!
