This level of Chiropractic expertise presented by Dr. BRIAN FLORITA is outstanding and the results are amazing. My situation is different than most as I have had lower lumbar surgery and the procedure was classified as a failed procedure. For eleven (11) years my life has been a painful misery. I have had many tearful, sleepless nights due to pain. I have been on heavy narcotics during this entire duration with no hope in sight until recently. At my first appointment there was a detailed consultation explaining my specific needs and an action plan to achieve successful results. Hear me when I say that after my first (1st) visit I was PAIN-FREE for the 1st time in over a DECADE. I am sleeping uninterrupted at night. Whereas prior to my initial visit I slept in 2 hour increments. I've even had more energy and found myself running out of projects to do at home. I have had repeat visits with Dr. Florita and each producing positive results. I am a diabetic and for the first time my glucose level has returned to normal. It has been amazing coming here, I don’t have insurance so the low rates each visit help out with me being able to actually go and get checked out. Most places I imagine like to nickel and dime people which is why I was hesitant at first but it’s affordable and the staff really make you feel welcomed whenever I’m there.

I could not say enough about this place- Dr. Revels is extremely knowledgeable and he CARES. He is also very kind, and makes you feel important. I have Lupus- and have had my fair share of people in the medical/health/holistic industry, I don't like Doctors. Period. But I LOVE Dr. Revels and his entire staff. Yes, the ENTIRE STAFF. The moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out- everyone is amazing. He has given me a Physical Therapy protocol that I feel helps a lot, in conjunction with his treatments, and as an athlete and professional bodybuilder- he has helped me break through YEARS of limits in the gym with just a few sessions!! The staff is courteous,professional,and engaging from check in to check out while the facility itself is very clean. Went here three times, showed my insurance card twice, and was never informed my insurance was not accepted! They continued to treat me, then sent me a 200 dollar bill in the mail. Twice, I showed her my insurance card, and twice nothing was said about them not accepting it. Why on earth wouldn't they say anything! I will never return here, very unprofessional.

I just wanted to say this practice is amazing they took me in with no problem. Last year I had a car accident in another state and then moved to Fayetteville, in the meantime, I had a hard time finding doctors that take no fault claims. So i decided to Google a chiropractor and I came across this office. They accepted me and welcomed me like family. Dr. Revels explained my results from my MRI and found out i had some issues. Needless to say, he was friendly, caring, Honest, and take pride of his work. I truly can say he is amazing.

Absolutely amazing! I was in severe pain before I ever came here... Very over weight, couldn't do much in the gym..my knees hurt, arms and hands would go numb.. Had to take pain meds, allergy meds and Zantac everyday. I was miserable. I went to all doctors... Had colonoscopy done, endoscopy, ultrasounds of abdomen, cat scan, all blood work done and they couldn't find anything. One of my clients suggested that see a chiropractor. Where do I begin!? Dr. Revels and his staff feel like family away from home! I started going to Dr. Revels as I was preparing to go to a SOF Selection course. We quickly identified areas where I needed help with mobility and created a treatment plan. I loved that Dr. Revels was sport oriented and focused on both my back and lower extremities instead of just being a stereotypical "back doctor." I got selected as a result of Dr. Revels being able to enhance my performance beyond anything I would have been able to accomplish on my own! I highly recommend this office for any Soldiers or athletes wanting to take performance to the next level. Remember, injury can be prevented by maintenance!

Dr. Revels is the kindest and most compassionate provider I’ve ever encountered. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and whatever pain and mood I have pulling into the parking lot is immediately helped just by entering the office. Dr. Revels and staff will do everything possible to help in the visit, as well as plan out future treatments. And that does not mean they schedule you to come back and spend more money - they work with you even if you say I can’t afford to keep coming. They’ll give sound advice on what you can do at home, and work with you to just make sure you’re ok. Been going there for years - mostly just once or twice a year due to financial constraints - but I will always go there when I need to. They are just that wonderful. In fact, I’m going tomorrow because I’ve had a migraine for three weeks and can’t turn my head due to the pain. I’m confident I’ll walk out of there happy and pain-free. I have been struggling with deep shoulder and neck pain for over 9 years. I have seen 5 different chiropractors, completed 10 weeks of physical therapy, tried regular dry needling, acupuncture and massage and only found very temporary, minimum relief at best. I have seen Dr Revels 5 times and am on my way to recovery. I never thought I would have pain free moments ever again. He explained everything to me in full detail and his staff have worked with me to show me what stretches will actually help my condition. I have never waited more than 10 minutes at most to be seen. I have been seeing Dr Revels for several years to address upper shoulder and neck pain. I’ve used chiropractors for most of my adult life, but have never received the kind of comprehensive, whole body care that Dr Revel’s and his staff provides. Dr Revels takes the time to explain what is causing your pain or issues and creates a care plan that involves stretches and exercises to address the areas of concern. If you don’t do your stretches and exercises, he will know and you will be reminded that the adjustments are only part of the plan to reduce pain. Always share details and concerns you have because he is the kind of care provider that will track down the source, not just give you a good crack and send you packing. I recently had some issues following an adjustment and he ordered a series of xrays to determine the cause. I received a very serious talk and warning regarding adjustments that cannot be done moving forward due to his findings. I was then sent to the in house physical therapist for stretches that will help to reduce the pain and strengthen areas that have weakened over time. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing provider that is honest and thorough.

This is the first Chiropactic Center I have ever been to. I have been afraid all of my life to go to a Chiropractor, due to the horror stories I heard. After a car accident I was referred to Schultz and Revels, and from day one, they took away all of my fears and doubts. Dr. Revels calmed my fears and has helped me tremendously, with the therapists, that have given me therapy, prior to my adjustments. All of the staff is know no and understanding and helpful, but Ute, Sharlie, Laura, and Meagan, have provided the best care that I have received from any Physical or Occupational therapists, I've had, and that's many, due to the numerous problems I have been diagnosed with. Kimberly, has also been exceptional in helping me understand my bills, so that I am not adding more stress to myself. I have recommended this practice to all of my friends and other Veterans that have spinal, back, hip, and neck problems to this practice. I pray over every Doctor or Therapist I go to, and I believe that God ordered my steps to come here, because I was not getting relief from just steroids and injections, but getting worse. I would recommend Schultz and Revels to anyone, who has pain or aches of any type, because if the can help me, they can help anyone.

A very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Revels is very personable and friendly. You can tell that he really cares about your pain and wants you to get better. My ribs were hurting so bad when I walked in to his office I could hardly breathe and when I walked out I had hardly any pain. I had knocked a rib out of place during a fall. I’m so glad that I went to Dr. Revels because my ribs would have never healed properly. As for the lady that gave this establishment a one star rating I would say to her and anyone else going to a chiropractor you should check with your insurance company yourself before you go to see if you are covered. Most insurance companies just pay a percentage when you visit a chiropractor and some have a limit on how many visits you can make. I found that out myself years ago when my wife had to go to a different chiropractor. I called BCBS myself so I would know going in. I’m an insurance agent and I know that once a claim is filed it sometimes takes a month or more before a Dr’s office ever hears back and finds out if a claim is covered or not. By that time you may have had 4-5 treatments. I normally don’t write this long of a review but hopefully this information will help somebody in the future. Again as for Dr. Revels and his staff they are the best. I feel bad for him and his staff getting a one star rating over an insurance issue. As you can see everybody else agrees with me. They are a 5 star chiropractic center.
