This is the absolute worst TGI Fridays in Charlotte. Everytime I go here I have a problem, I won't ever be going here again. They should probably shut this location down because seemingly none of the workers want to be there, not even the manager or the kitchen staff.

We have a CA that has been waiting 5 1/2 months for her license so she can begin her career as a therapist with our office. Paperwork was sent in on 01/03/2018 and the certified check was cashed on 02/16/2018. According to the recording, when calling the Board, issuance may take up to 60 business days. Applicants are told not to call and request information about the status of their License. There is no way to contact a human when calling the number provided. It is all automated. It is 05/17/2018 and still no action on this license. I know of no Healthcare Licensing Board that is this inefficient and inaccessible.

While navigating the Massage Therapy schooling and licensing process, the North Carolina Board of Massage and Body Work Therapy (NCBMBT) has been amazing. They have always answered my questions and never hesitated to help me when needed. I have been to their office in Raleigh twice, and they always greeted me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I have called their office so many times and they have never given me anything less than the best possible service. They are always quick to return emails and phone calls!
