I just had my first massage at Day Break and loved it! The staff was extremely professional and friendly! I received a hot stone massage from Perry and HIGHLY recommend him! Overall I was very happy and pleased with Day Break. I will be returning for more services.

Day Break is the BEST!! I come in every month for a 90 min deep tissue with Sam and I can honestly say I’ve never had a less than great experience. I weight train 6 days a week so my body take a beating. Sam is the only practitioner I’ve had that does an excellent job of applying deep pressure to help my recovery. The prices are extremely reasonable, even more so given the quality of service and professionalism of the staff at Day Break. I highly recommend Day Break Massage & Wellness!!!!

Daybreak is the best place to get a massage in Charlotte! I have been coming here for over 3 years, and have never even considered another option. The atmosphere is always relaxing and clean. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always work with me to make my experience the best it can be. They often have specials running, although the pricing is reasonable as is. Highly recommend!

I love Day Break Massage and Wellness. The spa is located in a quaint house with a great spa atmosphere. I've been here over three times now and each experience has been excellent. I've had a few different therapists and all have been great; highly attentive to my needs and always made me feel comfortable. I cancelled my membership at a massage spa for this place. Highly recommend!

I also like the feel of the place more than the overly sanitized and prissy spas. Plus they offer you a nice refreshment when you arrive. No silly upselling either. Bravo!

Happy birthday to me. Just had the Korean body scrub . Wow..this wonderful Spa right here is fabulous. It was everything I heard other yelper talk about and Cindy is beyond wonderful. Not only did I get the body scrub, it includes the coconut oil massage and milk bath.. This is my new home. Already scheduled my next month appointment.

Brian Vaughn is the best! If you're in the mood for conversation, he is very personable and friendly. However, if you just want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, he's very understanding. His massage is very intense and he hits all the right spots, but also very relaxing. If you ask, he'll also give you some stretches you can do at home in-between massages. I've had many massages prior to Brian, but he is definitely my go to person now as I definitely get my monies worth!

I am on the fence. My first massage ever was done by Khilea (apologize in advance for misspelling). It was great. she was very knowledgeable and informative. When she came across areas that had more tension, specifically in my shoulders and hamstrings, she made sure to give extra attention there and even gave me suggestions to help with my hamstrings in between massages. For my birthday, I decided to get another massage and she wasn’t available. I opted to go with another young lady. She didn’t come off quite as friendly as Khilea, offered me no beverage as I had experienced with my first visit. During the massage I felt like she was just timing out each area of the body she would work on, not actually paying care and attention to what needed the most work, and to add insult to injury her hands were freezing. Not very relaxing when you catch a chill every time you’re touched. Also when it was time to check out she was nowhere in sight. Khilea was there while the kind man at the front checked me out and even spoke to me and encouraged me to come back. Perhaps my second experience was standard procedure and if I hadn’t met Khilea first my expectations wouldn’t have been so high, but I have to say I was underwhelmed for my second experience. If I do come back, which I’m not sure I will, I’ll definitely request Khilea only. Ima averaging out the two experiences and giving three stars. UPDATE: management reached out to me and offered me a complimentary massage with my first masseuse, Kahilea. I went today and it was outstanding. Her technique really helps alleviate the problem areas. She zeroed in on my tough knots and helped release some of the tension. It was like little by little my entire body just began to relax. She is very knowledgeable and gave recommendations to help me with some of my pains. This experience was a complete 180 from my last. I will change my rating from 3 to 5 off the strength of Kahilea alone. I hope Day Break realizes they have gem. I will definitely be back next month.

I'm visiting from New York City and needed a massage badly. The staff was incredibly professional. My masseuse was extremely attentive and really did a fantastic job, especially on my trouble areas we had discussed beforehand. She was so incredible, in fact, that I scheduled another massage for the following week! Prices are affordable and definitely worth it. A deep tissue massage in NYC would be far more expensive. One of the best massages I've had, period. I'll be sending all my friends to Day Break!

She knows what she's doing to say the least. I recommend her and the studio for any one looking for a delightful venue with quality therapy, and now up-selling and memberships.

Loved every second! Kahliea was amazing! It's been two weeks since I saw her and I still feel amazing. I am a college student and studying at a desk constantly on top of my horrible posture is killer on my neck, back, and shoulders. Awesome place. Once you walk in and close the door, you know this is the place to relax. The ambiance was awesome. You are greeted with a smile and after a quick wellness survey, you're lead into a relaxing massage room. You tell them what you need work on and they immediately start working out the stress areas. I love this place and will go back.
