First time massage. So glad I chose this place! Helen is great! She explained a lot of things to me and that helped me to be less nervous for being a first timer. She paid attention to my body reaction and made sure that she didn't apply too much pressure and hurt me. Very professional. Staff are very friendly, and the facility is cozy. I will definitely visit here regularly from now on.

Took good care of us for our 32nd anniversary couples massage. Just being honest here. I love these folks, I just wish there location was a little better. And there atmosphere a little more spa like. If you don't already know where they are can be a little difficult to figure out what building they are in. Thier curb appeal is almost "put off" ish. But don't fret they are great people.

I first visited Cary Massage about 4 years ago. I was having recurrent headaches, neck/shoulder/back pain, and just an overall fatigued body. Every time I went in for a massage I felt relaxed, rejuvenated, & pain-free afterwards. The owner & her staff are so sweet & very professional and the massage therapists are all so talented. Don't let the office building appearance fool you...inside awaits the most calming, peaceful oasis. I've recommended Cary Massage to everyone I know looking for a great quality massage with a relaxing atmosphere. Treat yourself; you deserve it.

I originally went to Cary Massage because my husband gave me a gift certificate, and I was fortunate enough to be scheduled with Jeanie. After my first visit, I’ve been a regular customer ever since. The customer service, atmosphere, etc. is great. Very clean, relaxing and soothing. All that said, Jeanie is what makes it for me. Not only does she provide a wonderful massage, but she takes the time to work on any problem areas I may have and gives me tips for how to maintain/relieve those areas at home. She’s super smart and knowledgable (when I have an issue, she’s able to explain exactly what’s causing it) and knows what she’s doing. I can’t say enough great things about her. My sessions with her are always relaxing and relieving - she’s wonderful!

Awesome place for massage - get on their email list to be mailed specials and coupons. The massage therapists are great, some are more light touch and others deeper massage - so ask for your preference while booking the appointment. Like others have said, it's a little hard to find and the environment outside the room is less spa like, but once you get in the room for the massage - it is WELL worth it!

Did not honor their verbal agreement. During specials week scheduled an appointment and got off work early to get the discount. Then let them know I would be paying with a gift card and they said it would cover the whole cost so I did not need to leave a deposit and took my gift card number. When I got there they said I could not use my gift card and charged me full price. I would not have missed work and would not have added an additional couples massage for full price. They should have honered the verbal agreement.

I had a great massage with Ms. Nadia she was absolutely amazing. I literally was falling asleep because it felt so good. She adjusted the pressure as needed and it was perfect! The front desk staff was also super friendly. The place is very neat and clean. I booked another massage immediately after! I can’t wait to go back!

I surprised my gal with a deep massage (by Linda?) and she absolutely loved every minute of it. It looks like a dental office when you arrive and walk inside. Only use GPS to get you close then follow the online directions to get there. Google Maps, for example, thinks it is located in the trailer park located left of its entrance.

I went and got a massage right before Christmas - stepped out the door, and a real-deal chicken comes up to me - totally chill and used to people. Anyway, will definitely be back. Excellent message with Gloria. She hit all the right spots and was attentive to my needs. Only 4 stars bc of the lack of knowledge with the front staff. I called after purchasing a Groupon to ask if I could use ANY 60 minute massage or if there was a dollar limit or restriction to just a few massages. The woman told me plain as day that is for any 60 minute massage. After I get there and check out they tell me that the groupon Is only up to a certain amount and I have to pay the difference. And that that person who told me incorrectly "no longer works here". Mind you I JUST spoke to her like 4 days before my appointment. Either way - still a nice massage.

I needed somewhere to go and relax before heading out of town. I scheduled an appointment but unfortunately was running late due to previous appointment that ran late into my time. I was bummed but I was prepared to be shorted on time and I was okay with that, after all, I was late. However, my therapist surprised me when she gave me a full 50-min of relaxation! I'm so grateful and I know she didn't have to but I can't tell her enough how much I appreciated it because it helped me relax for my long drive out of the state. I highly recommend.

The therapists at Cary Massage are very competent and professional. The prices are in line with other reputable, licensed massage therapists. You may have to book a couple of days to a week in advance to get an appointment.

This was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had! I am 27 weeks pregnant and the pregnancy massage was heaven. Nicole was very polite and welcoming. This was the second full-body massage I have had and I highly recommend expecting mothers to get one. Before I left, I scheduled my next appointment because it was well worth the money and I can't wait for my next appointment with Nicole!

I had a lovely experience. From the time I arrived until the time I left I felt relaxed and respected. I had the pregnancy massage (currently 28 weeks) and I felt brand new when I left. I will definitely be going back sometime soon to help relax and prepare me for birth. I do not remember my therapist’s name (blame pregnancy Brain) but I will call and find out and update my review :)

Had my first massage with Nickeisha. I have been having headaches for about 3 months and noticed my neck and shoulders are where I carry a lot of stress. Nickeisha did a great job finding the tight areas and I left feeling relaxed. This is a nice place! I recommend it if you are stressed and tight.
