Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. She was about 10 mins late and never even reached out to telll me she was stuck in traffic. The sheets were
either still dirty or stained with oils. She started to massage me and hardly had any lotion/oil on her hands and felt like her
hands were dragging and pulling my skin the whole time. About 10 mins in she says she is sorry but needs to tell her next client she is running late. She spends multiple minuites on her phone or tablet doing something then she called her next client on speaker phone... during my massage, and they don’t answer so she leave a vm, then decided to text him by talking to her phone to type for her... very distracting and so not relaxing. She shares an office with a mary kay rep, which she is a rep as well, the other lady was quiet but it was apprent that someone else was there. The massage therapist talked to me the whole time, don’t get me wrong she was nice and interesting but i don’t want to be talked to when trying to relax, feel she should have picked up on that. Besides her calling someone her phone range twice during the session. Towards the end she asked if i wanted essential oils and let me pick, I chose lavender then she rubbed straight essential oils on my face ( i Specifically told her I had a wedding to go to and did not want to wash my hair again so not to get oil in it). She used no kind of carrier oil with the essential oils,me being well knowledged in oils. knew that essential oils should be diluted with a carrier oil, esp on your face! I was so appalled by the whole thing but am really a positive person and couldn’t make myself say something while I was there, but a while after I left I reflected on it and realized it was a waste of time and money. There was not one single thing relaxing about that experience.
