Lovely and cozy! Blissful has a "home feeling" to it with amazing, professional service providers. Rates are affordable with package deals and tons of great spa services to choose from. You could literally stay all day getting pampered from head to toe!! My personal recommendations are Toy for esthetic services and Christy for massage.

I decided to treat myself for my Birthday & WOW I am so happy I chose Blissful Journey. My massage with Vickie was AMAZING! She has a gift & is very attentive to your massage needs. My hydrotherapy bed massage / facial with Sharon was WONDERFUL! The absolute best way to have a facial and relax tired muscles. The infrared sauna is great too. I felt energized after my session. Blissful Journey is a piece of Heaven in Hillsborough. I am looking forward to my next visit.

You can't judge a book by its cover, and you can't judge a spa by it's building! My mother and I had massages here last month, and we were totally satisfied by the massages, customer service and atmosphere. They also sell great organic and local beauty products that I'll be back soon to test. Can't recommend this place and its amazing staff more. You have to come check them out!

Wonderful service! I've had facials in many, many places both in the US and while on cruises and can truthfully state that Jackie and the Blissful Journey Day Spa is an absolute secret gem. She always makes sure we have plenty of time to meet my needs. I will not go anywhere else for spa services - Jackie's knowledge and expertise have improved my aging skin significantly and I will keep going back to her! She is a God-Send for me. Also, just a quick note on the negative comments left by a recent reviewer. I happened to be the customer she referred to in her review. Honestly I thought she was completely off the hook. She took her anger out on Jackie who has no control over the independent contractors that rent space in her shop nor any way to contact their customers. In her review, she neglected to mention Jackie [when she could get a word in edge-wise] offered to provide a free service the following Saturday. It was a deliberate display of poor taste in my opinion.

Today I went to Blissful Journey for the first time. As noted by another reviewer, don't judge this book by its cover. The interior is serene and peaceful and parking is easy. I booked 1.5hr massage with Lila. Lila was fantatic and worked out all if my kinks and knots. She was very professional and did an awesome job!

I have had two wonderful facials with Jackie in the past. This year I asked about her nail provider and booked and appointment. When I showed up for my scheduled manicure, Jackie noted that the provider no longer worked there and should have called me. I was frustrated at my wasted time and expectations but let it go. I then had an April facial booked with Jackie but when I showed up a different person, Rachel, actually performed my facial. It was okay and I booked a follow up for July. Today was my facial appointment at 1pm and I was looking forward to it and planned my day around it. When I showed up I waited for 10 minutes and then Jackie came out with a client. I asked about Rachel and surprise - she no longer works there and should have called to cancel my appointment. I would not recommend this business as they clearly do not value their customers time. Someone, i.e. the owner, should have ensured Rachel's clients were made aware of her leaving so we would know our appointments were no longer valid. It is inconsiderate and rude to mislead you customers and then blame it on the staff you hired. You send out monthly emails, why not include staff changes so you don't waste your clients time. This has been a couple of years ago i went into blissful journey to see how much it cost to get a massage and the woman looked at me like i was some crazy person with no money first of all i have money to get a massage if i wanted one i never get a massage from blissful journey ever i don't if my dr. tells me to get one from this place .
