Honestly the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! I periodically have issues with my shoulders. De Twanette is highly skilled, professional and a great person. She trained with a chiropractor and has a great depth of knowledge and experience. I needed someone who really knew what they were doing and I that is what I got. I strongly recommend De Twanette.

This was by far the best massage I have ever had. De'Twanete "Day" did an amazing job!!! She really knows her stuff and is able to zero in on trouble spots without even being told where they are. I will certainly be back again and would recommend her to anyone. Customer service was great and place is nice and clean.

This is my account that I let my husband type a review up with because he did not have his own. The rest of the words here are his. This place opened for their grand opening just across the street from my work. Two ladies introducing their business to places in the area dropped off a flyer offering a discounted rate for a 1 hour message. My wife's birthday happened to be the very next day so i scheduled a 1 hour Swedish massage to surprise her with. Once I broke the news to her she was skeptical having never had a professional message but was still willing to go. When we arrived we were promptly greeted by the two ladies I had briefly met before. They had her fill out a brief survey and then we were introduced to the massage room. I was also new to professional message so I wasn't sure what to expect but what we found was a dimly lit, well decorated room with a soft and inviting message bed. There was a fragrant aroma in the air and some soothing ambient music to match. Nearby there was a glowing heated stand with Himalayan salt rocks laid upon it. My wife was worried she wasn't going to enjoy it, but that worry was gone at this point.There was also a chair nearby that I was invited to sit in while my wife experienced the massage so I took the offer. The lady who would be giving the message briefly explained everything me or my wife would need to know and also informed that the heated Himalayan salt rocks could be included into the therapy for an additional $20.00. My wife was intrigued so I paid for her to have that as well. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that only the massage itself actually counted towards the hour. My wife was also given a chilled bottle of water. After my wife prepared for the session, I watched the lady work with her. She was careful to address any pain or discomfort and adjusted her technique to match my wife's preference which both of them learned more of as it continued. She of course used oil in the therapy as well. Apparently it was a special kind of tree wax which gets absorbed by the skin better than other kinds. The lady also carried on a decent conversation with me while continuing the message for my wife. Due to that, and watching her work, I wasn't bored at all like I had speculated I might be. I wasn't too sure how much my wife was enjoying it until she said that she "felt like a princess". After that, I knew I had done well for her. After, she even said she would like to do that again soon. Before we left, the lady even gave my wife a piece of birthday cake that was specially purchased separately for her in advance. I get the feeling treatment like that is not standard at most message places and I can say that, combined with the rest of the experience, gave my wife the kind of special occasion I had in mind. I don't usually spend this much money on things like this because I consider it to be expensive but I can say that in this case, it was well worth the money. There is a little more to this review however! I was curious how it would feel so my wife ended up buying the same thing for me for my own birthday which was shortly after hers! For my own, I could feel the lady's attention to detail in each technique she applied as she took her time to really work the full effect. She also carried on conversation with my wife and me while during it. She doesn't have to be chatty though. She just realized that she was adding value with some conversation in our case. When it was finished I felt a sense of completion regarding it and not feeling anything having been neglected. My body felt great the rest of the day but it felt incredible in the first 15 minutes after it. I didn't expect that part of it. When I went to sleep that night, I also found it was even easier than usual for me to dose off. It may sound weird but the part of it that actually felt the best was when she worked on my feet. At any rate, whenever my wife or I get a professional message, it will be here.

This is my first time coming here and it won’t be my last! It was an awesome experience and such a friendly a clean environment! I loved it! She did an amazing job... I highly recommend this place if your looking to get some knots and pain taking out!! Not only did she do an great job on my entire body but she definitely targeted and focused on the points of my body that was stressing me the most!

I tried Ballantyne Massage through a Groupon coupon. The location was great for me in the Blakeney area. The office is set-up nicely and very comfortable. Amy was great! She is very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am considering their monthly club as it is very cost effective and makes monthly massages more attainable.

I've called this business 8 times and the calls went to voicemail. Left 1vm and never did anyone return my call or answer any of my calls. Drove out to the property and it was closed after 2pm... On a Friday!! Just a tad bit shocking for this consumer. I traded my Groupon in and I'm better for it.

Amy Granger was friendly, I went in for a massage early that morning to relax, I did not get to relax, Amy talked about personal things through the whole massage. My massage consisted of poking my body, not like any other relaxing massage I had ever had. Normally at massage places I’ve gone to I’ve always been given something to drink at the end and being told to hydrate throughout the day , I was’nt informed or given anything to hydrate. Also, at checkout I left with one of their brochures and noticed that first time clients was $20 less than what I paid, and I was a first time client nor was it offered. I called back and they told me they didn’t know I was a first time client. You would think that would’ve been in their computer base. Again, Amy was very friendly , but the massage was very disappointing not worth the $89 paid

I took advantage of the first time client special, paying ahead of time online, and adding a 20% tip before receiving any service. The therapist did a good job with my massage, kept the conversation going. At the end, however, she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I reminded her that i had already done that before I arrived at the facility. That was awkward and I would have felt pressured had I not already provided a tip. The entire positive experience was ruined by that one question. It was clear that I'd had massages (from the questionnaire that I completed beforehand and I am well aware of proper etiquette without needing to be reminded.
