Lal was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took time to understand my activities and the pain I was experiencing and I felt like he focused on not only relieving my current problems but teaching me how to avoid recurrence in the future, without sacrificing my usual routine. I've never had a deep tissue massage before and was very nervous but Lal checked in with me throughout to make sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. I could not recommend him more highly!

Lal Chand was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, and took extra time to really understand my points of concern prior to working on me. I was in so much pain prior to our 30 minute massage session from a workout injury, and I left his office with so much relief.
