I highly recommend Anderson Chiropractic and the team there! I have chronic neck pain and adjustments are the only thing that keep my pain under control. You can have a manual adjustment or if that is scary to you there are new tools they can use for the same effect. I know not everyone likes the idea of their neck being cracked. Either way you go there is no pain in the adjustment. Everyone is very professional and the service is fast and effective. And they're very conveniently located for anyone in the University area. Right off 85 :-)

I arrived in Charlotte to babysit my grandsons (aged 1 and 3) with hip problems that I'm sure I got from babysitting my 2 ½ year old granddaughter where I live in Cincinnati. Amazing staff. They know you by name. Dr. Anderson works closely with you to determine what the issue is and the course of treatment. Unlike other chiropractors, his goal is to lessen the number of times you see him as it shows you are making progress in the treatments. He genuinely cares about your well-being.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Before I had been to this office, I had been to two hospitals, 4 doctors, and had referrals for 2 different specialists. I had been in severe back pain for more than 4 weeks and out of exasperation I took myself to Anderson Family Chiropractic at 4:50pm on a Monday. They managed to get me in, last appointment of the day and have changed my life. I am still not pain free, but every appointment gets me closer and closer. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is taking pain meds with no relief in sight, people with chronic back pain, or anyone just looking for a healthier lifestyle! Really an excellent team!

I came to Dr. Anderson in extreme pain. I was reluctant to take the pain management medication my ortho specialist had prescribed and decided to try chiropractic care at the urging of my mom who is also a patient of Dr. Anderson’s. Well, I highly recommend this office. First the staff is phenomenal. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same afternoon that I initially called so in less than 24 hours. Check in and my initial evaluation were very organized, on time and smooth going while still being very comprehensive. I felt well prepared with a basic understanding of the process even before seeing Dr. Anderson because the staff was so thorough and genuinely caring. Dr. Anderson explained everything so I could understand and completed the initial evaluation. We came up with a plan of action and I received my first adjustment all within 8 hours of making my initial contact with the office. I began noticing improvement immediately and consistently ever since that first visit 5 days ago. I will definitely be continuing my treatment and maintenance plan with Dr. Anderson.

I totally had respect and enjoyed coming to this office as the staff and doc were always accommodating to my inconsistent schedule. However, it saddens my heart to know i took off a very expensive neckless with a Jade Pendant that the stem machine could be administered to my neck. To my dismay, I accidently left the item in the room and someone took it. Please note, I was the last patient in and the first to return in the morning with the hope of finding it where I accidently left it. I find it hard to visit that doc office again. What makes me even more sad is the fact that I got very conformable with the staff and to know I went to a place " Doc Office" and I have to watch out for thieves and individually who have no respect for another person personal possessions. I could understand if there were other patients, but I was the last one to be seen and the first one there in the morning with the lady that opens the office. I am really sad that people can be like this and that you can't really let your guard down even when your at place to treated " Doc office". I was careless i admit, but I believe in a setting as such where one should be ethically inclined things like this happens. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Been seeing Dr. Anderson for three years now. He has a great, positive attitude and is highly knowledgeable. My back pain from my disc hernitaion is gone and I also haven’t been sick in theee years because of continuous adjustments which boost my immune system. The staff is also wonderful! Very welcoming and a good place to be.

Great staff and doctor Anderson is very good. I used to have migraines at least twice a month, now I can’t remember when was the last time I had a migraine. I needed to be adjusted because of spine problems, and nerve problems. I noticed that my migraines stopped because of the adjustments. No more migraines. People make sure you drink a lot of water.
