I've been seeing the doctors at ASF for about 4 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of health and well-being. I love having a massage therapist (Advanced Healing) and Sports Trainer there too. One Stop shop! Kid friendly and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Through knee surgery, Endometriosis, my significant other's broken ankle and every thing in between they have helped keep me in great shape and health. Thank you Advanced Spinal Fitness!

Love, love, love Advance Spinal Fitness. Dr Nicole is so very knowledgeable & caring. I have 2 budging disc so I need delicate adjustments which she does with surbperd accuracy. Never leave without feeling better immediately. She also adjust my 6 year old son. When we go in for visits we have her full attention. She listens with care & understanding, focusing on each & every concern. When she is not available, we see Dr Serena and she gives us the same care & attention. Would recommend ASF to anyone. They are GREAT!!

I saw Dr. Serena Zagst for a while, before she left for maternity leave. I decided to switch to another chiropractor, who was Dr. Nicole. I've discovered after only 2 appointments with her that she's always a patient behind, and it's not worth waiting. The receptionists always have poor attitude, and this place just isn't great.

ASF is by far the best chiropractic office around. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. When I first came to the office, I was in so much pain my wrist Doctor said I would need a 3rd surgery!! But after 6-8 weeks of treatments with Dr. Serena I was 100% pain free. I have been a patient now for almost 4 years and remain pain free, thanks to Dr. Serena Murray. Nobody knows the body like ASF!!!
