I booked a 1-hr deep tissue massage with Judy. The booking process was a bit confusing. They called to say my slot was taken afterwards which I found weird so I changed it. Then when they called to do their customary appointment confirm when the time comes close, they gave me the original slot. It was a bit of a mess, but worked out fine at the end. Judy on the other was great. I’ll try to book another appointment in hopes the first fiasco was just bad luck.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got here. I purchased a couples massage on Groupon and was expecting a private room. Everything is out in the open, and there's tons of people getting massages in the same room. I didn't find this to be a problem because it wasn't noisy as you would think. It was very peaceful and the massage was wonderful. The music in the background was very peaceful and very clean. I would definitely come back.

It's not common for me to participate on Yelp. However, BRhemedy By Rhed Therapeutic Massage deserves the recognition of being a great place for your spa needs. I found Rhemedy By Rhed Therapeutic Massage to be convenient for me because it's near my work, and there is always parking available out front. They offer excellent customer service, and they create a relaxing atmosphere. I have been going here since November 2013 and have found the perfect Massage Therapist. The most important thing for me is: Knowledge of proper technique, and my therapist has extensive knowledge of the techniques used in a variety of massage types. The spa is always clean and I feel comfortable showering there. I can't wait until my next appointment! Hopefully this review helps others to make better choices.

I had Sun for a foot/leg reflexology and it was amazing. I picked "hard" so at times a little painful but I like it that way and now my muscles feel like feathers.

Judy truly has a gift.... I went to her after throwing out my lower back, she immediately intuited the areas were the cause of my discomfort, and with a masterful combination of soft manipulation and firm kneading, she transformed the way I felt (90 minutes later). Even though i've moved to Brooklyn, there is one thing that i will consistently be coming back the West Village for, and that's Rhemedy by Rhed.

AWESOME. I've been coming to Rhemedy by Rhed for a couple of years, and I'm writing today because I feel like Judie did a miracle yesterday on some muscles in my legs that were really bound up from me sitting too long at my desk. She went deep--which I asked for--and very precisely anatomically opened up my ligaments and blood flow. Whatever it was that she did exactly, I feel like I had a huge workout and I'm confident that by tomorrow my body will feel like heaven. Perfect preparation for the long weekend. Thank Judie!

Thanks to Monica for a much needed 80 minute deep tissue swedish massage. Recovering from surgery in November and finally getting back to my routine exercises, Valerie was able to target all my tight spots and yet I left the spa completely relaxed. I mentioned 2 areas I needed her to work on but her skilled hands found even more. So grateful for the excellent service she provided. I was able to enjoy and complete another exercise class this morning pain free!

Had a relaxation massage with Allison while I was in town for a business trip. The entire experience from scheduling through the massage itself was amazing. Best customer service I've ever experienced from a business. And the massage itself - Allison not only has great technical skill (ability to balance deeper tissue work with relaxation), but the spirit of a healer. She was energetically present for the entire blissful massage. I left more rested, centered, physically calmer, and feeling great. I've gotten massages for 15 years and this is one of the best I've ever had. Make an appointment with her - you will be so glad you did.
