I have had two massages here already and both were amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with my needs. I'm a student so I get a lot of stress in my back and shoulders from sitting at the desk and from my book bag. After an hour I felt so relaxed and loose. It was great for removing the kinks. There are also discounts for students which is always great. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. I recently even bought a gift certificate as a gift for my parents.

I am a former basketball player who still suffers from Tendinitis in my knees and a lot of sore muscles that came with playing basketball. First, I was very trilled to find out that Eastside Massage Therapy has many massage therapists who deals with athletes. This gave me a sense of relief that I would be dealing with a lot of professionals who can tailor a massage based on the feedback I gave. I worked with Inna the first time I came to Eastside Massage Therapy. My experience with her was amazing because from the second she started the massage till the end of the massage, I felt more relaxed and I started to feel those tight muscles I had was becoming more loose. To be honest, if Inna never had another appointment right after me I would have done two hours instead of one. Inna's technique was so amazing and it was just what my body needed after all the years of physical pain that I faced while playing basketball. The type of massage that Inna used was a mixture between Trigger Point Massage, Deep tissue, and of course a relaxing Swedish massage. I honestly felt that I was on cloud nine and I did not want to leave this feeling. The next massage Therapist I had at Eastside Massage Therapy was Bair (Male therapist). Bair was a professional and I enjoyed his Sports/ Deep Tissue Massage that I received from him. I loved the fact that Bair was a former athlete who understands the pain that we athletes go through. I would recommend both Inna and Bair for anyone that wants to get a good massage. Also, be on the lookout for another Massage therapist named Steve who I was told that he was wonderful by several of friends. I LOVE EASTSIDE MASSAGE THERAPIST AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

can't believe this people writes their own reviews and tries to get attention. i followed these reviews and ended up getting worst service ever. i had no idea about their practitioners and when i asked their front desk girl who is really good practitioner they recommended me someone and she was not a good at all. she didn't bother asking if i have any physical injuries or not, i was a soccer player and i have a knee injury, she didn't check that and kept putting pressure on my knee. And she wasted 1hr doing only my back and talking, after that she wanted me to buy another 30 min to finish the rest. It was a trick and they don't keep any payment record. Front desk girl is very unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience at Eastside Massage Therapy. The front desk was super helpful in checking me in and the facilities were nice and clean. I got a massage from Julie and she was truly magical. My back and especially in the shoulders felt so much better afterwards. I am defiantly going back soon!

Eastside Massage Therapy is so great, I have to share! I had a massage with Nina today and she was fabulous! Very special touch, very strong and deep, and she could really find my tense spots (knots!) and worked them out. I did post a review on Yelp years ago but this place just keeps getting better-- warmed cozy massage bed, wonderful smelling and clean, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish, and very reasonably priced. This is a treatment for all aspects of life; mind, body, and soul. I left the stress of the holiday season on that table of Nina's! Fabulous massage!

Stressed? Need some relaxation? Eastside Massage Therapy is for You!!!! This is the friendliest, cleanliest and most professional Massage Therapy Parlor in New York City. Ana was the best. She listens and gets every spot without missing a trick! Appointments are available. If you have never tried one, you must treat yourself. There is music to relax your mind as well. When you are finished you have to be reminded to wake up. It is so invigorating , yet peaceful. Perfect location. Near everything. Great idea to get your loved one a gift certificate . As long as you go to the right person, this place is amazing and so clean. I've had 5 massages so far and the first one was horrible but the second time I had an amazing massage and requested her from then on (I would mention her name but I honestly don't remember). Very disappointed in this place! After a telephone call to authorize credit card payment for my daughter's massage, in which I specifically instructed the rep NOT to add gratuity onto the card, the rep took the liberty of adding a $15 tip. Had no luck trying to resolve the matter with phone calls over the following months. They first failed to refund the amount after promising to send a check, then failed to return my calls. Too bad - my whole family had some decent (though inconsistent) massages here over the years, but will not go back again due to the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD.

I've been a happy client of Eastside Massage for many years. I can always count on getting a fantastic, professional massage for a fair price. Julie is one of my favorite therapists - she gives a great massage and surprises me with little special touches, like an eye pillow and warm towels. And recently, I was able to have a massage by Robin Ehrlich. Within a few minutes of the massage, Robin correctly diagnosed an alignment problem and found and attacked a spot on my back that has been bothering me for years. In less than 5 minutes she figured out something that took multiple appointments with doctors and physical therapists to diagnose. She is amazingly talented and if you have the chance to work with her, I highly recommend it.

I get A LOT of massages due to some previous injuries and a hectic job and this place has become my favorite Asian-style massage. The facility is spotless, the therapists are incredibly nice and responsive, and of course the massages are great. They can do deep tissue, throw some stretching in there, and you will feel like a million bucks after. Best of all they are CONSISTENT. No matter what therapist I get, the treatment is great.

One of the best massages I've ever had! If you're into the soft flowy relaxation only massage this isn't your place, but if you enjoy thai style massage where they really get into your muscles using elbows and deep pressure then you've come to the right place! I had a 90min massage and she got into all my tight knots on my back and did stretches etc and I felt so relaxed and like a new woman after! I then had a facial which was only my second one ever and it was great, I just stayed in the same room still relaxed and undressed and they did my facial there... I don't know what they did but when I got home my husband said i looked glowing and looked even younger than I usually do lol. Great service and experience. I will definitely be back!

Long overdue review. I love me some massages and Eastside is one of the best in the city with the most reasonable prices. My go to masseuse who has the hands of gold is Sun. I've been to this location three times for deep tissue massage. The first two times were decent, not the greatest but definitely not horrible. Yesterday I finally had a really good deep tissue massage from Art. I'm heavily into sports and lifting, so I like my massages to really get all the trigger points were I have knots and strains. Art was very nice and attentive to where I wanted the most work. He really worked my knots and sore areas. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have real results from their massage. The staff here are very nice and efficient. Inside the spas are clean and inviting. It wouldn't be hard to hang out in the sauna or jacuzzi for hours. Very clean and tidy. It's a nice spot to relax.

I recently had my first massage ever at Eastside Massage Therapy and it was amazing! I was a little nervous at first, but my massage therapist, Helcio, put me at ease immediately. He was exceedingly friendly and explained everything that the massage would entail. The massage was wonderful, and I left feeling relaxed and stress-free! The facility itself was beautiful and all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Just wanted to commend Eastside Massage on my after NYC Marathon massage. It was incredible and was very relaxing. I could of stayed there all day. The masseuse Joanna J was very informative and told me everything that she was going to do and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Joanna listened to what I told her that needed more attention. When I was done I felt like a new person not one that just ran 26 miles. The environment was calming and clean and her workers were very nice and I was taken in right on schedule . I would recommend anyone who runs to go there after.
