Called them they did not pick up at first but called me back in less than a half hour was able to book massage for same day. Was a little hard to find at first had to use the picture on google maps street view due to their signs being inside high winds and all. The massage was good and only had a short wait when i arrived and some of the lowest prices in town too.

I had a 3:45 appointment with a therapist that I have been going to for a few months and when I showed up they told me that another student was going to provide services. I specifically have asked for her when I book and receptionist said sorry, without meaning it ,. I took off work to be there on time and looked forward to this appointment. I feel I should be given a discount on my next appointment. I am a monthly customer.

The school has been poorly run and mismanaged for years by the previous owner, and MTTI staff still have not updated the website to reflect the downgraded building that they currently operate from. The pictures on the website are from the location on Alameda, not the small all-purpose building on N. Main St (which needs to be cleaned and aired out because it smells like old carpet and urine). The overall quality of education has drastically decreased since the previous instructors (over ten years there) were forced out. The new staff has been band-aiding the school for two years now and the continuing education massage programs are overpriced, and of little to no value. The former owner of the school, Tim, may still be loosely involved in the school, but really needs to be reported to the NM Massage Therapy Board for his deceptive business practices and overall lack of common sense in operating expenses and cash management. Not to mention promising things to former graduates in the form of incentives, then he pulled the rug out from under them by withdrawing the incentives and selling off for pennies on the dollar. AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS and go to El Paso. At least Western Tech is an accredited program with third party oversight and accountability, so your massage education will be taught by licensed professional TEACHERS and not brand new graduates. This school is an embarrassment to the massage community and to LMTs with standards.

I have experienced massage therapy all over this country and in parts of Europe. I have to say that Massage Training Institute is, without reservation, at the top of my list. The management is knowledeable, friendly and creates a health-concious atmosphere that is conducive to healing and relaxation. The staff are professional, caring and attentive. The students are dedicated and talented. The prices are amazing! Best bang for the buck I have ever experienced. Try them. You will never go anywhere else!

I am a former student and graduate of MTTI. I drove all the way from El Paso several times a week over the course of a year to attend classes and clinic, it was well worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable and really care about helping their students hone and develop their skill. I enjoyed and benefited from the diversity in the educators; which brought a lot to the table and allowed for the students to learn other aspects of massage and care for our future clients. The clinic was well ran and it was nice to be able treat the general population while getting quality feedback on our practice. I strongly recommend anyone looking to become a massage therapist to try out this institution. They are second to none. Upon graduation I left there feeling confident in my practice as a therapist and excited to help heal. Thank you MTTI!!!

Outstanding massage experience! I was able to book a 2-hour massage just a few days ahead of time. This was my first visit to MTTI, but I’ve had 100+ massages over many years and can say this was THE BEST! The therapist took time to understand my activity level and nagging injuries that I have from running and sports. Post-massage, my body feels better than it has in a long time. Planning to return here several more times before my Las Cruces visit ends. Fantastic massage therapy!

It all depends on who you have. I am way to nice and let my lady talk the whole time. Clean rooms that are a little on the colder side. Helpful and friendly office staff. I will be back again for the $30/hr massage!

Don't call for an appointment because no one will call you back! Their message says they check messages every quarter hour - it is more like once per week, if that. By the time they call you back, you will have made an appointment elsewhere. The price of their massages is very reasonable and most students are good. It is management that is lacking in how they are running their business since they moved to N. Main St. There is NO customer service.

The level of support I received from my professors to reception and the office staff was amazing. The curriculum that is taught more than prepared me for my career as a massage therapist, I felt confident in treating a number of different clients all presenting different "aches and pains".
