Very professional. Enjoyable relaxing environment. Professional staff. This Spa has potential for much more! We need more locations for sure! Becky & Amber are the only two I interact with. Both are extremely professional & very pleasant to be around. Becky is amazing at getting me in at a time that’s convenient as I am spur of the moment type. Amber is extremely attentive & professional when it comes to your requests and focus points. Great facility! I have been all over Abq. & I pass a dozen store fronts on my 15 min drive. All very much worth it!!!

From the moment I walked in, it was pleasant, friendly, and inviting. My massage experience was good, the therapist was attentive, asked about what distress I was having and went to work on me. Throughout the session she would probe for more information, talk to me about the amount of pressure she used, etc. Overall the experience was good. What I especially like is the fact that they have people that specialize in certain specific areas of massage, I will book with one of them for my next visit. I do recommend this place as from my experience, they are way ahead of most. I like the fact that they engage me on my issue so they can work on the specific issue. Others places I have found just applied the one size fits all approach, that doesn't work for me, I wouldn't think it works for anyone. Keep up the good work, and thank you.

I saw one of the massage therapists earlier this year for a third visit and at the end of the massage, he "manipulated" both of my legs outwardly and caused serious injury to my back to the point I could not walk that evening. Even after several letters and emails to Elements I have not had the courtesy of a response. I incurred medical bills just to be able to walk again after being mistreated. I would not let my dog be treated here. I am in the process of moving forward with a legal solution.

Well organized and professional. I made an appointment for some muscle pain with the receptionist over the phone and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and had me scheduled same day. The room is really relaxing and Tabitha listen to what parts to focus on and what parts to stay away. And she did a great job working those muscles.

Each time I walk in, I feel relaxed and welcome. The therapists available all have their specialties and I would suggest visiting each one to find what is right for you! Their membership program is less tedious and costly than others also. I would definitely recommend trying out Elements Massage!

Life is crazy insane for me, so I utilize massage therapy to relax. My normal therapist was out of town so I called Element and they got me in almost immediately. The service was better than average, the location of the establishment was good, and the décor in the building was beautiful! The massage was pitiful. They scheduled me with a sweet young girl that just really wasn't experienced, or she had a bad day, or something. But the 80 minute massage was not a massage but someone lathering oil. When I would mention that I needed more pressure, or to please work on my hands she would straighten up and really work at the massage for about 5 minutes then she would drift off again. She was polite, kind and in general a sweet kid but honestly...... I should have just waded the money up and threw it out the window of my car. I don't think I will go back, it really irritated me.

The place has a great atmosphere, is very clean and the employees are professional. I had a great massage and left feeling relaxed. I put four stars because the massage can be a bit pricey for just one hour. For a first time massage, the price is $49. After the first time, they raise it to $89. They do offer a membership that cuts down the cost of the massage. I would still recommend this place, especially for a first time massage!

I had my second massage at Elements and loved it! The whole place is peaceful, nicely decorated and you feel calmer just by walking inside. The receptionist is always very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are also decorated and they ask you if the temperature of the room is good. I got a great massage with emphasis on exactly the areas I wanted - back, neck and calves. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing! Elements is a great place and I especially like that they don't have long-term contracts that you have to sign to get the reduced rate.

I've had massages from all over United States and Mexico but this was the first I've ever experienced by such a talented artist and massage. Wendy is the first masseuse who was able to remove knots in my back without extreme pain and I actually felt relief. She was able to relax my muscles so much so, that I had to go to the chiropractor to align my spine. It was the most perplexing experience I've ever had and am extremely impressed! The reception area and receptionist was very nice and staff was also nice. They have a no contract monthly package that makes the massages more reasonable and I should consider doing it, I just have commitment issues. LOL

I legitimately could not drive for half an hour afterwards because I kept falling asleep during the massage and almost couldn’t walk afterwards because I was so relaxed. That has never happened to me after a massage! Absolutely amazing!

Hurt my back while visiting family a couple of weekends back, they were open on Sunday morning (thank heavens) and I was able to get into see someone right away. They were super friendly, polite and professional. The location is right off the freeway which made it very easy to access, it was clean and comfortable. If I lived closer, there's no doubt I would be coming back again and again.

Joyce and Cindy were excellent . My daughter had a quad strain and after seeing Joyce she was able to run full speed the same evening . Highly recommend Joyce for sports massage . I went back the next day and Cindy helped my neck a lot, as I had a very stiff neck from my work environment

My most recent visit to Elements Albuquerque greatly reduced my long-term lower back/sciatic pain. Matthew significantly made me feel better right after the session and as the ongoing effects of massage over the next few days set in, my pain was almost completely gone and is still much less after more than a week. I'm returning about every 14 days and book with Matthew to make sure that I'll continue to feel better and keep the pain at bay--I've actually felt good enough in the morning to stretch once or twice that my doctor told me to do. I've been getting massages at Elements on an irregular basis for over a year. The studio is peaceful, the receptionist is friendly, and I have received great massages from many of the therapists there, but Matthew was able to find the right spot and relax the right muscles to help me with my lower back pain. (I'll book with other therapists too depending on my preferences once my back pain is doing well--Paul gave me a wonderful relaxing massage that helped with my incredible stress at the time). I tend to book at the last minute so I think I've received massage from most of the therapists there and have left pleased if not elated every time. The massages that were only good most often were due to a personality mis-match or from me asking for something that I really didn't need (ex. asking for too deep of a pressure which caused me to tense up). The staff does try to get me involved during the massage as much as I want--asking questions, making requests, but sometimes I don't ask for what I want. As I return, I'll speak up more, especially since that is what they are trying to get me to do, and I don't just want to get a cookie-cutter massage.
