I came out worse than when I went in. I booked a 90 min and specifically told them no stretching because I have a joint disease and full body with focus on the neck. It was like the therapist didn't want to touch me! He did 80% of the massage over the sheet, barely spend time on my neck, didn't even do my feet or the front of my arms or legs and was very rough and sloppy. Seemed like he was just slapping and throwing me around and kept pulling at my limbs like a rag doll which I specifically asked him not to do ! Will not be going back. I'm in pain now.

I had a groupon which my fiancé gifted me, and since they got new owners, they do not accept Groupon. They were not accommodating whatsoever. I asked if I can pay the difference of the Groupon price and they said no. Said the Groupon was purchased with the old owners. I think they should take into consideration everyone who had previously bought a Groupon. Especially if I was willing to pay the difference in the price. Super disappointed since I’ve been here several times and loved my massage.

I have come from PA to go to this place many times. I have always had an amazing massage and great price. However, I went recently and was very unhappy.. I was with a friend and we were asked to pay up front which we did. The young man who brought us back asked if we wanted the curtain open we said no. Not 10 mims into.the massages the 2 woman opened the curtain and were whispering and talking and laughing. Several times even stopped massaging to chat. We thought it stopped as it was quiet for a few mins but they began again As if this wasn't bad enough the ending area of the curtain was open and the young man came over to talk too. At this time I am on my stomach uncovered past my behind. I was very unhappy with this experience. I live in PA and travel to Jersey. I have back problems and a lot of stress and when I can afford to relax and unwind with a massage I expect the whole package. To me this means soothing music aroma therapy and a strong thorough relaxing pampering QUIET massage. This was rude uncomfortable and unprofessional not relaxing at all. I don't know if its new owners or not but, I won't be back and many of our friends and family won't either i.guess you get what you pay for. A

I love this place. I go there for foot massages but also full body massages. last time I got a one hour full body massage and a half hour foot massage. It was heavenly. The Establishment is very clean and relaxing and the products they use have no perfumes. I have been going there for a few years now. You can't beat the prices either.

When I arrived, the lobby smelled like Newport cigarettes and vodka. The guy at the front desk was rude and told me he doesn’t write down appointments in the morning because he’s at the gym when people call. He asked me if I could come back later and I told him I couldn’t. This is why I called to make an appointment and he should be writing callers appointments down. He then accused me of lying and said he didn’t have record of my call on his call log. So I showed him record of my call from my cell phone. He just looked at me blankly and told me again he couldn’t take me. So unless you want to deal with horrible customer service, I would go down the block to the place in Union Square Plaza. My hair and clothes smelled like cigarettes when I left and I was only there for 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have even felt safe sitting there in the dark getting a massage.

Been coming here for quite some time, the membership prices are dirt cheap, just give them 100 bucks and your service is deducted from the 100, no additional fees no membership cost. Super clean, friendly, and professional. If you go anywhere else you are just wasting money.

They do a great job here. I have gone for reflexology a number of times. I always leave feeling better . They really get all of the knots out! It is no frills. And well priced. I highly recommend!
