I visited One Touch for the first time last week and I was blown away with how welcome everyone was the minute I walked in. I was given a massage from Jacquelin and it was just what I needed. I felt very relaxed in the environment and Jacquelin had the touch of an angel. I felt rejuvenated after my massage and it was very much worth the money. I would recommend them to anyone

Incredible, incredible, incredible. Came to see Christine on a recommendation and had a deep muscle pull on my shoulder. She took the time to find the problem and after a few sessions I was back to kayaking and rowing without any recurring issue. Aside from being effective, her technique is very relaxing. Christine takes the time to ask if there are any issues and customizes a session accordingly. Many other therapists I've tried seem to work on autopilot. Very professional, courteous, always on time and very accommodating with her schedule. She really cares about you as a person and takes pride in providing a world class service. Keep up the good work Christine!!

One Touch is consistently professional, clean, and peaceful. I book my facials with Salena. Salena is an outstanding esthetician. She is attentive to my skin care goals and detailed. She gives honest feedback on how she can help me achieve my skin care goals and she has never pushed products on me. It is clear that the staff at One Touch enjoy the work they do and are very focused on client care. Skin care is very important to me and Salena at One Touch is now my " go to" for facials. Looking forward to trying out the massage services soon!

Had my first appointment here and it was great! Christine was very accommodating, courteous, professional and friendly person to chat with. She made sure I was comfortable on the bed, that the room temperature was just right and the lighting was dim. Great communication too. She answered my emails right away when setting up my first appointment. I've had massages from a couple of different places prior and some of the small details One Touch had that I liked were: -Christine provides bottled water. Most places I've been to, they'll just give you a small cup of water afterwards. -When I was on my back, my head was on a small, fluffy pillow which was nice compared to having my head rest on the edge of the table/bed. -Christine uses hot towels through out the massage! Never had that before. One Touch is located in the basement of Gaetano’s Beauty Salon. Christine will greet you at their front lobby. Don't be put off that it's located in a basement/downstairs! The way she has it set up still made a very comfortable, relaxing environment. Only downside is occasionally you'll hear noise from the salon upstairs, but that's how every massage place is. You'll hear outside noise often from most places. I definitely plan on going back to One Touch more often. First time clients get $20 off! And your fifth massage is $25 off! Thank you Christine! :-)

After having a bad experience at massage envy I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. From check in to check out everything was great ! Ashley my massage therapist did an amazing job ! She took her time and really made me feel relaxed. It was a great massage and well worth it. I will def be returning. I highly recommend Ashley!

I have had several deep tissue massages and they are always fabulous! Christine uses just the right amount of pressure and she focuses on the areas I need most. The ambience is relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely go back for more!

Chris performs an excellent service. I was introduced by another cyclist and she is the best in the area by far for a sports massage. Her salon is very clean with an excellent table and non greasy oils. I have visited several times after hard training rides and local races and she gets the job done perfectly!!! I would highly recommend to any athletes or anyone just wanting to pamper themselves!

I had Jaclyn as therapist she addressed the the problems i've been having with my shoulder, and neck from a previous car accident. Had one of the *best massages ever* today (a Sunday) at One Touch. The owner was professional and very attentive to my needs. She focused so much on just the right spots in my shoulders that she gave me a little extra time for my legs, she was more worried about my experience than the clock! Incredibly thorough. Beautiful location. Parking literally outside the front door. I'm a runner and she knew exactly what to work on. Would be happy to recommend this place to friends. Plus I liked supporting a local business over a chain. Her prices are very fair and totally worth it. Definitely check it out!

The environment is relaxing and calm. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I specifically went there for my lower back problems. I am a server and as most servers know, your back kills you after almost every shift. Jaclyn DeSantis was my massage therapist. She knew exactly what to do. I felt way more relaxed and at ease with my pain by the time I walked out. She will now be my go-to!

Best massage experience at One Touch. Was very well decorated and very clean. The massage therapists were friendly and accommodating. It smelled very lightly of lavender which was nice and relaxing. The massage was awesome! I left feeling loose and relaxed. I will definitely return soon!

Visiting from out of town and was looking for a place to get a massage and called One Touch. I called and asked if they had any available appointments and the lady said you're not calling from a local number, why are you calling here? I explained I was visiting and she said to call somewhere else. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't get a massage from someone like that.

The place is beautiful, the owner is a professional in her field, and was extremely accommodating as well as thorough with areas that needed therapeutic attention. Finally, Somerville has an excellent spa! Parking is ample and convenient!

Just took a chance and stopped in. By far the best massage I have gotten in years. The place is very clean. Christine is knowledgeable, thorough, and strong. You can tell that she cares about what she does and not just going through the motions like the big franchise places.. I would recommend her to anyone. I'll be back

Christine came highly recommended to me for a chronic neck pain. She was very understanding about how uncomfortable I was, and she worked with me to find the right amount of pressure. I was able to tell during the massage when she felt an area that needed more attention. I was extremely impressed with how relaxed I felt during the massage, and how much better I felt after. If you've got a subscription to one of those chain strip mall massage places you should cancel and just go to One Touch. Those other places just hire anyone to keep up with demand and sometimes the massage is good and sometimes it's not. Turnover is high and you never know who will be there from one week to the next. Christine (the owner) really cares about making sure the massage is targeted to your specific needs. Consistent great massage is what you get when you visit One Touch. She's is a terrific massage therapist and makes sure that all of her other therapists are excellent as well. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. Oh, and if subscriptions are your thing I'm pretty sure she has those as well.

I loved going to this place. Christine is very nice and welcoming in her massage parlor. The place is very clean and she does use hot towels which I loved . She is really good with Massage techniques. She even provided water bottles for us. I will highly recommend her for massages. I loved her energy and dedication towards her work.
