I was looking for postpartum Ayurvedic massages after my baby and found Heather and Don. I booked a 10 massage package with them. Both of them are great at what they do! Every visit, they would ask if there was any area in particular I would like them to focus on and the massages really helped in my postpartum healing. They come to your home, are flexible with scheduling, and just wonderful people! Perfect massages for a new mom!

I had a difficult labor and delivery so I needed to include postpartum massage as a part of the recovery process. I booked 10 sessions of postnatal massage through them and I was very impressed with the sessions. The therapists Heather & Donn were a great help for me during my post-partum period. The massages were great for my recovery, and they went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really liked that they were very flexible with the timings as I had a newborn in the house. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me a lot of good tips on postpartum recovery plus a variety of topics including diet, exercise etc. I highly recommend them!

I was a little hesitant to book them since I couldn't find any reviews but I really needed someone so I took a chance. They were amazing which is why I am compelled to write this review. I booked 2 of their masseuses for a birthday for my mom this past Saturday. They arrived early and were all set up even before their scheduled start time. They were nice to all my guests and the massages were amazing! I definitely recommend them! The prices were great as well. Absolutely no one paid me to write this review. I just don't want someone else to hesitate booking them because of the lack of reviews so here's one! Thank you guys!

They are excellent at there work. Expert and knowledgeable. They will go beyond your expectations to help you out. Most fun loving and beautiful people inside out. Also, they will give you articles, books to read about topics that concern you. I definitely recommend them if you want a holistic experience during your massage.

I booked a 4 hand prenatal massage and it was really good! It was clear that the massage therapists knew what they were doing and not just rubbing away. Every bit of pressure felt intentional. They were also very knowledgeable around the topic of pregnancy/delivery. They brought all their materials including table, pregnancy pillow with while for belly, music, lotions, scents; felt like a spa in the comfort of my home! Would recommend them to anyone!

I booked postpartum package with them and they are amazing. Unlike, many other spas and massage centers that I called, the therapist with Mountainside massage know exactly what is to be done for postpartum massage. Both the therapist would check and align with me before the session for my problem areas and then would work on it accordingly. They would arrive before time and set-up was a breeze!! I highly recommend them and would continue massage with them on a regular basis!!
