THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I wanted to get my massage done on Saturday and because it’s a weekend it only made sense to me to call them ahead and ask if I need an appointment or not. When I called the lady on the phone said to just walk in and there is no need for an appointment. When I get there (which was under 30mins prior to me calling her) there is a huge wait and the lady tells me that it’s going to take 1 hour. I wait an hour and then they take me in. Once they took me in I had to wait another 20-25mins on the table for someone to even come and attend me. I went there to get rid of my stress and have a nice calm evening, instead they ruined my whole experience. And this was my FIRST time going there and I won’t go back.

I went to there when I traveled back in February. The girl who took me was a tall, long-haired girl. She always talked too much in the room. She told me she was a new girl called Sunny and there was a 90 minutes massage. She kept talking to me but I didn't understand what she was talking about. And kept asking my personal information. I had a 90 minutes massage. Her did not good, and when the time was over it was only 70 minutes. I knew that I had 20 minutes less. I do not like this woman, why did she ask lots of questions. I need a quiet massage.

Best place to go for a massage in central jersey. The staff did a wonderful job with the massage providing the right kind of pressure and concentrating on tense muscle. I left the place completely relaxed. would recommend this place in a heartbeat. will definitely be going back to this place

After turned over, she painted a lot of oil on my belly. I felt very uncomfortable. After the massage, I checked the phone and did less 5 minutes! I paid 50 dollars and 10 dollars tips. This lady called Luna was not polite and didn't say anything. Poker face. I was very angry.I will never come again.

Staff is the absolute worst. Arrogant, no matter how much you tip, they say it’s REQUIRED you tip more. This isn’t even warranted because the service is awful.

The worst massage experience I have ever had. Asked for legs to be focused on and Masseuse barely touched them, workers attempted to trick me into buying more time by saying my friend had asked for more when he had not, and angrily insisted on giving a 33% tip. Will never return!

I don't know who's the boss in the store. But I think maybe that boss is stupid. She couldn't understand English, and I called to complain about a lady named Sunny. Can she play her phone while she's working? She has bad skills about massage I felt very bad. She asked me to give her tip for massage in that room. I don't know if this is normal. I am not happy. I hope to complain Sunny. Bad massage.

1 handed massage specialist! Seriously.. My massage lady kept walking in n out every 5 minute n talking to other ladies loudly in Chinese. And she kept using on 1 hand to massage. I got up after 20 minutes n walked out after paying 20 minute. Im tired of these Chinese hodgepodge places stealing our money. Im going back to massage envy.
