I called and set up a 60 minute massage. My therapist was Jenny. I requested a hard massage and she delivered a excellent session. Included during the session was a great back walk which I enjoyed and a hot stone treatment. Really was a excellent session. This was my fifth session here, prior to Jenny, I had two sessions with Susan, and two with Emily who is no longer here. I look forward to my next session here and will repeat with Jenny. I left so relaxed and had a great night's sleep. Thanks to Massage Spa 1 they are #1 in my book.

Linda was working in different place before. Now she is working here and I am so happy she is here. This place is much better massage place than last place. The room is big, clean and bathroom is clean. The sheet is changed every time. Not like other place only changed paper. Wherever Linda goes I will follow her but this place is million times better than her last place. Love here and Linda is the best!!! BTW, they use coconut oil.

3 years ago I had a Groupon for this facility. I'm one of those people who hops around for the best massage offer and goes for it blindly after reading a couple reviews. But I honestly haven't found anywhere else worthwhile since finding this little hole in the wall gem. After my second visit I purchased 11 massages upfront to lock in the discount price. I've done that 2 other times since. Recently, the management switched and I was worried the massage quality would change, but it didn't. I still am purchasing packages of massages when mine run out. I wish my insurance copy was one of those that reimbursed because I would go even more frequently. The only difference with the new management is rather than keeping a loyalty book at the front desk, I have to bring an individual gift certificate each time. Out of the two dozen + massages I've gotten here I've only had 2 massage therapists that were "so-so", and by that I mean not strong enough to give a sport's/deep tissue massage, otherwise, all the massage therapists have been incredible. Sunni is my favorite. Even with discounted rates- be sure to tip on the original amount. These women work hard and put their all into the massages. I appreciate the couples' massage rooms and rates too. It's nice to have the option to stay in the room with my boyfriend. We both exercise regularly, have sports injuries and muscle mass and we're always amazed at how strong these petite women are! I will remain loyal as long as I am a NJ resident. See you soon!!

Love the hot stone massages. Tell them about a sore spot and they work on it making it feel better. I have gone back more times then I can court. Rooms are warm and clean making you feel very comfortable. I love it there.

This place is great! Ask for Lisa and she tends to your needs. She’ll ask you if you need more or less pressure to make sure you’re comfortable. She was also able to target all the knots in my back! I left there feeling relaxed! The place is very clean, comfortable and the experience was worth the price.

They were good earlier. I am not satisfied with their service for the last 2 visits. I asked for deep tissue massage but it is not what I got on my earlier visits. I don't feel like visiting them anymore

Not recommended. I had been going there for many years. Jenny was great at her work but one day she was not there. The girl who did my facial was not expert in facial(did not even remove blackheads and put facial mask). They forced me to pay $10 tip as per their compliance.

Pros: I was able to book an appointment on the same day and the masseause didn’t do THAT bad on certain areas Cons: I am in so much pain right now (post massage pain). First off, I tried to tell her that my shoulders and upper back are in a lot of pain from my recent move and she immediately interrupted me with “ok ok ok”. Not even allowing a partial consultation is insane. Her attention on my butt was wierd. Especially because I forced her to listen to my problem areas and that wasn’t one of them. She had NO education or idea as to what is a sensitive pressure point, a bone, or a knot. The areas that requires a lot of pressure (shoulder blades, traps, etc) she did well. BUT she pushed SO hard on pressure points all over my body that I actually started to feel dizzy from pain. I asked her to go lighter and she said “you said go harder”. Which I did, but not on my shin, temples, and literally every sensitive area!! My muscles hurt way worse and now instead of just my upper back hurting, my WHOLE body does. Many hours later I still feel really light headed and I am convinced it’s from the intense work on my pressure points (but I’m no doctor). She also texted a few times which isn’t a huge deal, but unprofessional. At the end, I still wanted to leave a tip because it was pleasant at times. I asked for change for my $20 and she goes “thanks” and puts it away. I repeated 5 times in different ways that I’m asking for change. She was ABSOLUTELY pretending not to understand me because we had spoken throughout and had no problem. I did get my change but I didn’t like that at all. I think there’s other places for the same price that you can find honestly. In my opinion, not worth it for the amount of pain you’ll be in during and afterwards.

Horrible place. Old women (Sunny was her name) don't know what they do. My grandma would have done better massage. 50$ for this? No way I go there again. Don't waste your money. No massage, no happy special either. I don't believe all these positive reviews. Or maybe they got lucky with different massage person>!

Been there twice with different masseuse and in both cases received Mediocre massage. No extras. NO hot stones, no deep massage. Providers age is more than 50 y.o. Don't recommend and won't go back.

One of the best massages me and my wife had. Both Hellen and Sunny were amazing. They massaged the whole body with the perfect pressure at all times. When they started massaging with the hot stones we were both in heaven! We live in NY and it was definitely worth the drive.

My massage therapist canceled on me last minute and I have a knot in my lower back I need worked on so I went here. Could take it or leave it. They didnt go deep at all but it was a pleasant enough experience if you're looking to relax. I might try again.
