I’ve never had a massage before. My line of work as a barber leaves me with a sore back a shoulders. I was given an hour massage session for Christmas and was excited to try it out! My therapist was Kylee and she is AMAZING! I was made to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She asked what I did for a living and formed a wellness plan around what I needed worked on. Don’t be fooled, she’s small, but mighty! After my first appointment I left with zero back and shoulder pain! I am now in their program and schedule every month with kylee. You won’t be disappointed!

BEWARE OF BEING CANCELLED ON LAST MINUTE. At first I thought we were just unlucky, but reading through the reviews, every poor review is a story similar to ours. My Fiance purchased a couples massage for the both of us for valentine's day. They called us the day before and let us know that they had to reschedule for a week later because the masseuse would be out that day for a funeral. No big deal, things happen and we were sorry for her loss. We were set to have our rescheduled visit tomorrow, but then they called and told us they had to reschedule again, pushing it back another week, saying again that the masseuse will be out again for another funeral. As horrible as this may sound, I am beginning to doubt the legitimacy of the rescheduling reason they have us, strictly based on based on other negative reviews that claim they were cancelled on multiple times in a row as well, in similar fashion. I sincerely hope this is not true, but it does beg the question based on the track record of the negative reviews. If this is true that they lied just to cancel our appointments, I would be disgusted and the shop should be ashamed of themselves. However, that is not why I left a 1 star review. I left a 1 star review because the manager Jennifer, was extremely rude to my fiance when she express her displeasure with the service and requested restitution surrounding the loss of her second appointment in two weeks. Completely unacceptable customer service in my opinion. Overall I would avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately you cannot leave a 0 star rating, otherwise that would have been my rating

The staff at this location have very poor customer service. I was gifted a Groupon voucher for a prenatal massage package, and when when I showed up to use it they told me I would have to pay the difference between a prenatal and regular massage (which was significant.) Since I did not purchase the Groupon myself I was forced to pay extra for a service that should have been a treat. Again I was gifted a Groupon voucher and when I called to schedule an appointment to redeem it I was told I could not use the vouchers and that it was for first time customers only. How can I have any control over a surprise gift? Someone was trying to do something nice for me and now I had a useless voucher. Apparently this company is not concerned with having returning customers. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous price for average service I suggest you look elsewhere.

The infrared experience is amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I found myself in a meditative state that made me feel like I was floating. My therapist, Alexandria, had taken the opportunity to experience infrared and was able to speak to her experience as well as the benefits of doing it. My therapist also communicated with me to ensure that my experience was top notch ...and it was! The massage following the infrared was absolutely wonderful and it all came together like a nice little package.

Worst customer service ever! Scheduled a massage as a Valentine’s Day Gift for my fiancé. They canceled it and could not provide me with another appointment the week of Valentines Day. I understand things happen, but they did nothing for the inconvenience. So I rescheduled the appointment for the next week. To no surprise they called again and canceled it! The women was rude on the phone and not helpful at all. Such poor customer service!!

I came here for a pregnancy massage and was greeted by very friendly receptionist at the front desk. But was very disappointed that they did not have the proper bed to do a maternity massage. Having a pregnant woman lay on her side for an hour when that’s where it’s the most sore is not good . If you’re going to perform maternity massages you should offer the bed that allows the best service for relaxation. I had Diane , who was great but regardless she couldn’t do her job to the best of her ability because I was forced to be on my side and I couldn’t relax as best as I should be able to due to being on the sorest part of my body. It’s not ethical . Invest in the proper bed to perform a maternity massage and my rating would be a 5! Friendly staff tho!

SIMPLE BREAKDOWN: PROS: Prenatal with Michelle was great overall and very relaxing!!!! You get an andes mint at the end lol Waiting room chairs are comfortable friendly staff CONS: My swollen preggo ankles/feet were skipped over 2013 visit Exp 1- in 2013 (Same therapist is still there) Booked massage, prefer light pressure. The entire time the therapist was using medium/hard pressure, Despite asking her to please use lighter hands and making uncomfortable "ow" noises 1/2 the time she would lighten up then almost immediately go back to heavy hands. I cant really blame her too much, either she was just out of school OR maybe the office staff at the time should have done a better job pairing me. . . Either way this caused me to NOT go back for a few years. Exp 2- 2015. I got a text message that it was customer appreciation month so i decided, what the hay why not try it again. This time im 31 weeks pregnant. so I got a prenatal. It was very relaxing, the therapist used the right amount of pressure and asked a few times if everything was ok, which was nice. The only DOWNFALL was that my ankles/feet werent massaged & not that my feet are nasty since i just got a pedi lol but im swollen and my feet hurt all the time so it would have been nice to have that done but overall no complaints :)

Jenn, the manager, could not be less accommodating and Kathleen needs lots and lots more training in how to deal with customers. Twice now my appointment was cancelled one hour before its scheduled time. How disappointing to be dealing with such unprofessional and uncaring people. In their mission statement their objective is "to promote greater health and wellness" instead they promote stress and anxiety. 4-5 years ago I LOVED this place. I was a member and came monthly for massages. Everyone was always nice, prompt, and good therapists. This has changed. I've been cancelled on my last 2 appointments I've made less than an hour before the appointment for "call outs". Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I had to find babysitters for my children to be able to go only to be disappointed. All of my regular therapists from a few years back have left and those replacing them are sub par at best (and clearly unreliable).

I bought a massage on Groupon and I guess I got what I paid for BC the massage was average. It wasn’t your normal high end salon massage. This is type of place where you go frequently if you need to have massages for any reason. Maybe it was the woman who gave me the massage, she kept clearing her throat and it would startle me and I couldn’t fully relax. I know most places have rooms close together but this was just a hallway with rooms all in a row and then they continued around the corner. I could hear everything is the room adjacent to mine. I read reviews on their website with clients raving about their experience so maybe the masseuse I had just wasn’t what I needed.

This was my first time visiting - I was in very bad pain from stress all through my shoulders and neck. Kourtnie was incredible and worked almost everything out. I felt immediate relief in my shoulders and back, and have much more movement in my neck now. We will continue to work on that issue. The women at the front desk are very professional, yet in a friendly manner. The spa has a very peaceful quality, which is what it is all about. My massage therapist is absolutely the BEST. (Iryna). She really knows body anatomy and what to do when a certain area is giving me a problem. She is quite. When she needs to ask a question, her voice is almost like a whisper. When I want a massage, I don't like being talked to. I came for tranquility and body work, not to have a conversation. I like this about her. She is the only therapist I want!!

I've had massages withboth Leann and Heart. Both are excellent. Most recently I described a muscular pain in my left shoulder/neck area and Heart was amazing. She focused and explained to me what she was doing and why. There's an art to talking to your client during a massage but not so much that the client can't relax, and Heart has it! Kind, professional and personal. Both Leann and Heart can do a light to deep pressure massage. I prefer a deep massage and have not been disappointed. Monthly membership is available and if you're like me, life can get away from you and you don't go as frequently as you wish... Not a problem with their membership! I am able to roll over my massages month to month, and my husband is also authorized to use them. I could also choose to redeem as a gift card (never have, but could!) Highly recommend, I haven't been anything but fully pleased walking in and out.

I absolutely loved my experience here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and she helped me fill out all of my paperwork and explained everything to me. Then I was promptly taken back to a room and everything was adjusted for my comfort. The massage therapist made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even brought me a bottle of water at the end and reminded me to stay hydrated. Overall a very relaxing, friendly, positive experience. I can't wait for my next appointment and I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I scheduled a 90 minute massage at the $79 first time rate. When I get there I explain to the masseuse that there is tightness in my lower back and legs and that was my main reason for wanting a massage. He spent about 20 mins asking where do I feel tight and of any pains. After about a 20 min light massage with multiple pauses in between, he then said that he didn't know what else he can do and that he would only charge me for a 60 min massage. I was expecting to get all my muscles with a 90 minute session but it turned into a very poor experience. Over all I feel they are trying to get you to buy there monthly membership and maybe then you might get a real massage. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I enjoyed my experience and was very thankful for them being open on a Sunday. Only issues I had was that I felt as though my hour was rushed and it went by very quickly. I was told it was busy that day but was dissappinted in the amount of time that seemed to slip away too quickly. The masseuse had a medium pressure in the beginning which I mentioned was a good range, but fell a little short in the areas I wanted her to focus on. If you are looking for a pressure point/reflexologist I would highly reccomend Rita. She gave me a facial massage which I have never had before and it was enjoyable but if you are looking for a deep tissue massage I would ask her for more pressure and/or ask for someone in the deeper pressure range. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you!

I just want to say that Kristin (sp?) who helped me this afternoon was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could say the same about Alex, who basically acted like I was taking her away from whatever she could have possibly been doing than helping a customer. I explained to her my situation and that I wanted to speak with a manager, and she basically brushed me off and said that the manager would call me when she got in. I have been going regularly for almost a whole year on a gift subscription that I got for Christmas. I have never had a rude reception from the women at the front desk nor have I had a problem with any of the massage staff. Everyone is always nice and accommodating and I feel relaxed afterwards.
