I am a customer who has extreme back aches, spasms and in general tension. Moving to Nutley and trying out Elements Massage has been the greatest experience. I have to say the staff are very professional, the office is clean and comforting and best of all their membership pricing are not that bad. Elements massage will be my go to spot.

This place is fabulous!! I go there every 3 weeks, the staff members are polite, but the massages are out of this world. I have been going here for years. If you need a massage, get one from Yesenia or Caroline, both are terrific.

Elements Massage is a phenomenal place. I have been receiving prenatal massages and I cannot stress how wonderful it is. The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Veronica, has been my therapist and I can only rave about how kind, professional, and wonderful she is. As a first time expecting mother, I was concerned at first, but Veronica has made my prenatal massage experience memorable! Thank you, Elements Massage!

Elements Massage in Nutley has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a member here for almost a year. The first 3 times I went for a massage it was great. Damen was always great! It is a clean place. The women at the front desk was very helpful. She stamped my member card twice as she should of. I never saw her again after that visit and dealing with the other women at the front desk was a horrible experience. Getting 1 stamp after my visits for the same services. Making my appointments and putting me in as a standby. Not texting me reminders about my upcoming appointments. Instead of my usual 90 minute massage, I was only scheduled for 60 minutes. The manager Emily is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She admitted to the mistakes with the stamping of my member card and left me a card with the missing stamps that I would pick up on my next visit. At the next visit they had misplaced the card and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The membership is frustrating. Sometimes I would leave there more stressed then when I arrived. With them billing your credit card every month it seems impossible to receive a free massage when you fill up your membership card with stamps. If I ever go back to this place it would be for the great service that Damen provided but I will never become a member again. While I was there waiting for my last massage another member had the same confusion about her stamps and another person called up the women at the front desk and she repeated her name, credit card number, expiration date, and maybe even the security code out loud for anyone in that room to here, which I thought was very unprofessional.

I treated my husband to a relaxing massage. The experience was terrible. The therapist Emma had long nails. My husband's back was full of scratches. Terrible!!! Please make sure your massage therapist doesn't have long nails.

The moment you walk through the door you are greeted warmly by the front desk and handed your paperwork to fill out. The atmosphere is peaceful and exactly what I needed. I went for a message today and I told the receptionist that I had a groupon gift and that I’ve been there before for which she said ok please give me the voucher. They take all your information including your Groupon information, let you have the massage and after the massage when it’s too late for you to say no they ask you to pay for the massage at the highest rate and explain the rules.

It was a good experience. An A+ for having lymphatic massage therapists. After searching for 3 weeks finally elements saved me. My therapist Suli was awesome and very personable. Scheduled appointment online, got confirmation email for my appointment. Get to the facility , I'm on there waiting list ,in which they can't see me. Staff doesn't know how to handle the situation, so unprofessional. The location in Montclair is much better . Won't be coming back here.

Yes, my massages have always been good but today it was AMAZING! Combined with the sincerely positive conversation had from start to finish...I was sold and signed up for a memebership. I like the consistency in therapist staffing and overall customer service. The massage therapists are receptive to listening to specifics upon each visit as to what you would like them to focus on. The clean facility has a welcoming spa-like decor which provides a 'zen' aesthetic that I appreciate. Aromatherapy options are a nice touch as well, and are at a discounted add-on rate to members. I've been going here for years -usually a positive experience. Email promotions have on two occasions been slight hassle to redeem and only one therapist I didn't have an excellent massage, although I was talked into booking them again and had the same experience. Would recommend this studio overall. (Additionally, monthly members receive parking reimbursement in the convenient lot behind the facility).

I got so disappointed this place. When they do not keep the appointment time, they never give any compensation, but when the customers don't keep the appointment time, they take off the massage time. I was unhappy with the policy so I asked to cancel my appointment and make another appointment, then they said they must ask me fine. Last year, I made an appointment for an 1hr massage at 5pm and they made me wait for 20 mins. So the treatment was started 5:20 and finished 6:20. That's why I late for pick up my kid from daycare after the massage. Back then they didn't give me any compensation. Even if I needed to pay late fee to my kid's daycare. Last week I had another appointment for an 1hr from 5pm to 6pm. On the way to the Element, I made a phone call and said I was going to be late about 10min and they said they were going to take 10 min off and if i made a cancelation, they were going to charge a fine. I understand their policy. The employees schedule might be back to back. However, they think their time is very important, they must consider customers' time is also important as like theirs. How come when they miss the time, they don’t have any compensation for the customers, but when the customers did, they ask compensation from us? Doesn't make sense at all.

Had a couples massage today with my husband. Ashley and Tanisha were our therapists. I had Ashley, she had a firm touch and friendly disposition and even worked out the kinks in my neck! (Not an easy feat!) My husband said Tanisha did a great job, especially with his feet. The only dislike was that our couples massage wasn't very integrated, we were treated as seperate clients that just so happen to be in the same room. Not a big deal, just strange compared to other couples massages we've experienced, we'd still go back!

Their booking staff has taken a sharp decline in recent months. It's hard to get an appointment and today I was double booked and they insisted on charging me anyway. There was a lone of people waiting for various things from the untrained staff. The masseuses are good when these things don't happen.

I will never book another massage with this location again. It was supposed to be my first with this franchise. They called me days prior to confirm my appointment and also sent a text message the day before also confirming. It was a birthday gift to my significant other and unfortunately they ruined it when they called me 1 1/2 hours before my appointment to notify me that they have to cancel. When I asked why I wasn't notified sooner, they claimed that the text went to another person in their system. Super unprofessional. I should of read the reviews and if you do read them you will see this happens quite often. Awful!

I recently bought a Groupon for Elements in Nutley. I was so needing a relaxing massage. I understand that 60 minute massages are not a full, solid 60 mins. That being said, my massage was right around 35 minutes from start to finish. I felt as if the masseuse just wanted to be done. It was not relaxing and I was very disappointed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING with this company!!!!! We made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance and paid prepaid for the service via Groupon. On the day of our service, when we arrived for the service, we were told that our appointment was cancelled because we did not respond to a text that was sent to the wrong person. Additionally, they never even attempted to call to confirm. The manager refused to speak with us regarding the inconvenience and the staff basically refused to accommodate us.

The masseuse and pricing were excellent. However, the person at the front desk was not very friendly or professional. I was told on the phone, several times, to be 10 to 15 mins early. I wound up waiting almost 10 mins past my appointment time before my masseuse came out to get me. The young lady at the front desk never explained that they were running a little late. I have no problem waiting as long as I'm told what is going on. I did get the full appointment time that I was supposed to get and the masseuse was wonderful!!!
