I have been making appointments with Nixon almost from the time I joined the monthly wellness plan in 2017. The front desk staff has always been professional and attentive to questions and/ or concerns. The facility is clean and welcoming.

The location was very spacious and clean, as well as, having a comfortable atmosphere. I was happy the complicated account arrangements transitioning from the Edison location went smoothly. My masseuse, Nixon was very friendly and applied the perfect amount of pressure all over to relax me.

Buyer beware! Having been a loyal customer at different Elements Massage locations for about 2 years, I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided at this studio. I was trying to use a gift card that was purchased at a different location which closed. It was no where near expiration date and only a couple of months after the other studio closed, however they refused to accept it stating "all Elements Massage businesses are privately owned". This makes NO SENSE! If they are privately owned they can decide whether or not to accept the gift card. THEY chose not to accept it. Obviously they do not care about retaining a loyal customer. I will gladly take my business and money to one of their local competitors which provide the same service.

I scheduled a 1 hour massage here, but my massage therapist Abby, started my massage at 3:35 and ended at 4:21. I was not happy that this massage was cut short, and the pressure during the massage was not good. I felt as if my massage therapist did not want to be there and tried to rush through my massage. Once it ended, I did not feel any different (no knots were out, my neck and upper body did not feel any better) from entering. Overall, I walked in thinking I would have an excellent massage and walked out extremely disappointed.

The actual massages are fine, but good luck dealing with management. First they canceled my appointment I had booked about a month in advance without even calling (simply got an email saying I had been moved to a waiting list) with only 1 day notice at which point I called. They explained to me that it would be impossible for them to get another masseuse in to provide services for the clients they had to cancel. Then another time I had an appointment booked AND confirmed, they called me as I was pulling into the parking lot to try to cancel it! I had to be the one to suggest that they simply call the next client and move them if the masseuse was running late. If it had not been a Groupon deal of 3 massages, I would not have come back.

I was a member of the Elements Massage studio in Morris plains. I have recently moved and the New Providences studio was closer. I made an appointment and the girl on the phone was very nice and helpful and helped me suggest the right therapist. I received a text the night before the appointment from someone at the studio that my therapist was going to be out tomorrow however they have someone else who would be replacing and confirmed my appointment. I showed up for the appointment and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 5 minutes til someone came and had me fill out new paperwork since this was my first time at this location and didn’t have access to the paperwork I filled out at the previous studio. My appointment was at 11am. It was nearly 11:15 before the girl at the front desk told me that there was a mixup and my therapist was not in and wasn’t coming in. I was desperately needing a massage as my muscles were still tight from a a recent marathon that I have completed last week. She gave me no option but to rebook for another day which I unable to do for a few weeks due to my work schedule. This is completely ridiculous customer service and total waste of my time. I asked to speak to the manager and she was no where to be found. This is not a way to treat someone who has been a member for nearly 2 years. I do not recommend this studio. This would have never happened at the Morris plains location.

I have been to this location several times and have never been disappointed! The studio is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff is welcoming and very helpful. I have been to a few different therapists - they are all attentive to any problems areas and make sure to ask if there's any area in particular that I want them to focus on. I went to this location the day before my wedding witha few of my bridesmaids...exactly the relaxing experience I was searching for! Overall, a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend Elements Massage New Providence for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage experience!

I loved how informative Jessica was at the front desk. I had a lot of questions considering that this was going to be my very first time getting a professional massage done (my bf usually gives me massages haha), and she was able to answer my questions without hesitation. For my first time, it went pretty well. I had Jennifer and she made me feel very comfortable. We were able to have a conversation while she massaged me, so thankfully it didn’t feel awkward or anything. If that’s not your preference, I’m sure you can request the massage on how you would like it. I felt so relaxed afterwards that all I wanted to do was sleep! Anywho, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends if you’re stressed or dealing with pain. Quick tip: there’s a cancellation fee if you don’t cancel on time, so make sure to read the fine print when you sign up! Thankfully they send you alert texts if you opt for it.

Easy to get to location with parking in the center of town. Been coming once a month to work out strained muscles in my back. Have never had one bad or uncomfortable experience. The price is affordable. The staff is always polite and helpful. I'd highly recommend their monthly program to anyone who has stressed muscles.
