I’ve come here for chronic back pain and can say that the therapist I’ve been to has completely taken my back pain away. I highly recommend Pasquale. The manager Brianna is extremely knowledgeable and will proceed to place you with a therapist she thinks will fit your needs best. The new owners have completely done a 180 with the company and it looks fantastic and has a much more welcoming vibe.

Hate to give a place two stars but I have gone there a few times and today was one pure annoyance after another. First I schedule an appointment on line for 12. When I arrive I am told there are no appointments available at that time and that in line reservations don’t really mean anything unless you get a call for confirmation. Would have been nice to know this before I planned my day around getting there at 12. So they gave me an appointment for 1pm which I thought was nice. So I show up about 4 minutes late and the masseuse comes to get me around 10 after 1. We go into the room and for about 5 minutes she explains to me everything I’m doing wrong and why I am hurt and scoffs when I tell her things I have found out for my injury, a kind of what do you know.(not trying to be rude here but you are amasseuse not a medical professional your guess is as good as mine) so I’ll say the massage started around 15 after one and it was a good massage then when she tells me we’re all finished the clock is at 1:50! I was shorted 25 minutes! Then charged full price. So if you like a good massage but only get about half of what you pay for then this place is for you. I hate to say it but this will be my last time going there.

I had a good experience with the person who gave me the massage. I was very relaxed and she was very attentive. The place looked very clean. The only concern I had was that I was supposed to have a 90 min massage and we started a few minutes late and ended a few minutes early. That is something that they really need to work on.

I got a massage in Morris Plains with Anthony. It was the best massage I have received. The staff was super nice and Anthony took the time to work my knots. He also asked permission to work certain body parts like my glutes (supine) and upper shoulders as I was (prone). I enjoyed his technique and how he didn’t rush the massage. It was hands down the best massage and I will defiantly be coming back and most defiantly recommend Anthony. I also love how they give recommendation cards on how soon you should come back and with your tight spots. Super excited for my next massage!

I requested a lymphatic massage and got something else . When I asked the front desk about their Lymphatic massages she was clueless not to mention they take for ever to get to the point. I will never use Elements again , was a waste of time and money.

Best massage place ever. I had a gift card from a few years ago and wanted to do an hour deep tissue massage. When I booked I spoke with the nicest person at the desk. She let me know my gift card was now invalid because of ownership change. I thought, bummer. Well, she was nice enough to let me know the new owners decided to honor the amount I paid for the gift card and I would just have to pay the remaining balance. While I wish I was able to use the full gift card, I am happy that it didn’t go to waste. I had the best deep tissue massage by Roque. He was able to get all my knots in my shoulders out. I only had to pay an extra $17.22 which really isn’t that bad at all!! They spoke to me about the monthly program they offer there and it’s a much better deal I could find than any other massage place, so I joined. The girl who checked me out let me know Roque books up quick so I made 3 months of appointments for myself. I’m so happy I found this gift card and was able to come in. My September is off to a fantastic start. Can’t wait to get my massage next month!!

This is the last time I go to this place. So many issues especially with the front desk ladies. I’ve had sessions of less than 45 mins and they charge me the full 60 mins. Back in October I ‘tried’ to cancel an appt the day before the massage, but nobody answered the phone so I left a voice mail, and they charged me the full amount because nobody answered the phone to be able to cancel it. So I cancelled the membership after that issue, but I had 4 sessions already paid which supposedly I had to use them in a very short period of time, and when I was traveling- I had an appt tonight and after the massage was done the lady at the front desk so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful tells me I can’t used my already paid sessions because I had lost them all for not using them in a month period. She’s mad because I’m asking the questions that any customer would ask in this situation and then calls me idiot - What kind of people this place hires with no customer service experience, seriously - it’s all about taking customers money, that’s all

Had a very nice experience here. Even though I was running late (my own fault) I still was treated nicely and got the full time. They didnt waste any time. Girl up front was very lovely and polite, and my massage therapist was DAN and he was GREAT!!! He focused on my knots and I felt much better afterwards. I would definitely recommend him!!

While the massages are fine, sometimes they go a little short on their massages and their music is sort of tacky, their business model is really shady. They don't let you cancel without paying another month, they never have enough availability for me to catch up without booking a month in advance and then if I don't want to pay for a massage that I cant take without cancelling anyway my account needs to go into delinquency which costs me the remainder of my balance there.

I’m very pleased with Elements. The massage therapists know their stuff - they’re talented and knowledgeable about their craft. Each therapist has their own unique style, but each massage experience is consistently relaxing and provides expert relief in terms of working out knots in muscles caused by stress as well as realigning other areas so you feel great when you leave. The therapist shares expert tips after the massage so you can understand the root cause of any discomfort and move forward with a plan to address factors that are within your control (such as, posture, workspace ergonomics/keyboard height, etc.). I’m moving soon and will no longer be able to visit the Elements in Morris Plains, but I will definitely seek out an Elements location in my new hometown. I highly recommend this place. Top notch!

My visit here today was nothing short of a disappointment. I was given a gift certificate that was suppose to cover an hour session. Due to some sort of owner change, they decided not to honor this gift card. I was charged almost a hundred dollars for a massage that should have been covered. Instead of telling me this before I went in for my appointment, I was told afterwards and I had no choice but to pay for services rendered. This was a complete and total rip-off. I am never going back and I do not recommend this facility to anyone. The managers are unprofessional and unethical.

The Morris Plains location is absolutely terrible! I had an appointment and my therapist canceled. This location waited till I arrived for my appointment to tell me my therapist was not there. They did not try to call or email or offer a solution. I wasted my time traveling there. I will be canceling my membership and trying another franchise. Avoid this location at all costs!

I like how each one of the therapists has their own style and technique, yet I've always received a quality massage. Great hours that work with my busy schedule. The front desk staff has always been courteous, informative and attentive to my needs. I would def. recommend their membership program for anybody who values the health benefits of massage- especially since it's month to month and pretty inexpensive considering the going rate for massage in Morris County. Love Mike, Hillary, Christy and Michelle but they seriously have a rockstar team. Highly recommend!

TLTR: Great staff, AMAZING experience, will return ASAP! The message I got at Elements was my first ever professional message. When I called to schedule I was surprised with how friendly the staff was over the phone. They asked me really insightful questions in order to pick the right member of their team who would give me the best experience overall. I was nervous going in, but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the sweetest and most professional staff I've ever met! They made me feel very welcomed. Michelle was the one who did my message, and her experience really showed! As someone who is overweight, I was really nervous about someone touching my body, but Michelle made me feel very comfortable and was very attentive to my needs and comfort. She made me feel safe in asking for changes of pressure depending on areas that bothered me. She even found areas that I didn't even know were bothering me! And something I personally liked also is she didn't push for me to have conversation. I'm a shy introvert so making conversation for the whole hour session would be really hard for me! The room we were in was very comfortable and relaxing as well. They made the environment perfect for relaxing-I almost fell asleep! Overall the message was magical and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Everyone was so kind and professional, and they really made me feel respected and welcome. They gave me recommendations that suited my needs without trying to oversell me products I didn't need. I used a Groupon for my message, and the staff was very helpful with that process as well. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment when I'm back from my vacation! This is a wonderful place to go if you're looking for a friendly, professional, and comfortable location for a message, or one of the other treatments they offer.

The entire experience was fantastic. Mike was the masseuse who helped me. He is incredible. At the end of my 90 minute deep tissue session, I walked out feeling 20 years younger (In another year I will no longer be a later years 60 something). Deryl was excellent. Really helped work out the pain I was having in my neck and back. Jenny at the front desk was great too. I realized I was missing an earring when I got home and called to ask if it was there. She went out and checked in the parking lot and called me back to say that another client had found it. DJ is also wonderful...actually, all the massage therapists are very good and the front office folks always pleasant and helpful.

Place was good a year ago (then prob 3 -4 stars). Could have been 5 but they cut masages short every time. Now, they are too busy so go to Spavia (actually cleaner better experience;shower) or even better is a place in Morristown but don' t ant to give away what I feel is hidden gem (no contract). This Morris Plains location was good now its worthless unless you can plan out 2 weeks . You can never get appointment. I have called last 4 weeks for an appt. and they cant help. Don't get sucked into package if you do go unless you can plan a Saturday several weeks in advance.
