That is where I learned a whole new way of being a better person and a great therapist Tuff program - So much to learn but if you want to choose that path , make sure you study hard and independently as much as possible . I met some awesome people and teachers there . Go for it and go for a massage there Call in to receive one !!

For a massage school, this place is good. If you are looking forward to a legitimate massage - perhaps splurge a little and schedule yourself a professional session. The reception lost my party's reservation the first time, and then the second time seemingly double booked my friend's appointment. Again, for a massage school, it's okay. For a good massage to unwind at the end of the day... go somewhere else.

I needed to go to the restroom so bad that I was crying. The reception desk lady told me and my friends that the restroom was on the 2nd floor. The whole way up, ladies who worked there were talking about how disgusting people like me make their restrooms and that they needed to call security and get the reception desk lady to stop allowing people to use their facilities. When we got up, they loudly told another lady to get rid of us. My friends told her that I had been waiting to use the restroom for a while and she rudely replied that I couldn't. I've been in New Jersey for 5 minutes and my experience with those rude ladies has already made me hate it here.

Good and cheap massage from masseuses-in-training. Unfortunately the Hoboken one closed in 2019, along with other NJ locations.

My review is for the massage services at Cortiva, not as a student. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that it was a bit too challenging to get details about services, times, prices, and appointments online. Once I was able to speak to someone there, it was a very smooth process. Student massage services are available Monday-Thursday afternoons and cost around $30 per hour (although there are a lot of discount options available such as early bird, multi-massage purchases, or loyalty discounts). After signing in for your first visit, you will fill out a form with any specific health issue you may wish to have addressed and then a student will come and get you and take you to the large room where massages are done. Although it is one room, it is heavily curtained and each table area feels very private and quiet. Each student therapist that I have had has briefly discussed my goals and then left me to disrobe to my comfort level and get onto the table. Massages have been good and the therapists responsive. After the massage, you will fill out a brief survey on your experience with each individual student. There is no tipping. This is not a luxury massage experience or a specifically therapeutic one but for an inexpensive, more frequent massage experience, I have been very happy with every visit.

A good cheap massage place. They need to give people the option to choose if they want to be massage by a man or woman. Some religion does not allow women to touch men and vice versa. Also, men give more deep/better sports massage. This option should be given!! The Reception person is awesome and is very kind and courteous. Place is clean.
