I greatly enjoyed my massage. I went in with a lot of issues with my neck and shoulders. Left feeling great, and still a few days later feeling much better. I would go more often/ more consistently but this location is almost an hour from where I live. Lisa has a nice space and she is very passionate about what she does. So much so that I will continue to drive almost an hour to see her whenever I can!

It is a small business in a nice and clean location in Bedford, NH. Lisa is a great person and a real professional. Her approach to massage is deep and smart. I highly recommend this place. Now let me describe my experience a bit. When I first came to Lisa's office, I felt very welcomed. Lisa asked a few questions about what problems I might have. She listened to me carefully, asked some questions, and from the beginning she seemed to plan ahead the therapy and what may help me or improve me the most. Then I went to the massage room. It is a nice clean and fresh aired space behind her office. The massage was indeed great and first very relaxing. Honestly, that was absolutely amazing 90 minutes. But when I left the place, I soon started to feel very energized. The time spent there was absolutely amazing and I am planning to go there again. Thank you!

I love how Lisa evaluates how you are and makes every appointment specific to your needs - not the general " deep tissue massage" or "general massage" she targets your "hot spots or issues" and makes sure she works on them- I also LOVE how knowledgeable she is and shares video's with stretching exercises that will help that "trouble spot"
