Jeffrey is amazing! I was having upper back issues leading to tingling in my hands and arms at night. My doctor suggested trying massage and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The deep tissue massage is intense but felt great. Adding in the Swedish gymnastics really helped to loosen me up. That night a slept like a baby and I go back whenever I am feeling sore again. Jeffrey is great at making you feel comfortable and is very respectful. You need to give him a try if you are having muscle soreness.

A massage is a periodic relief for me, usually, when muscles are wringing me out and refuse to respond to my mind command to relax for multiple weeks; when it feels like my body is strangling me, it's time to make an appointment with Jeffery. Mind you, Jeffrey will not become rich from my calls, they are few and far between; but he welcomes me when I call. The term 'massage therapy' is quite ambiguous in our culture with good reason; it has been used to describe a spectrum of interesting human interaction that has degraded the value of human touch. Spiritual as one might wish, there always remains the aches and pains in the apartment we call our body. Rough edges need to be sanded, new pieces have to be carefully inserted and old pieces excised, old pieces have to be brought back to new life etc. I am glad Jeffery has extended his practice to a second facility. As a periodic customer, I continue to acknowledge him as a pro in the healing arts. Don

Jeff is by far the best at his craft here in southern NH. His unique combination of stretching and deep massage is something I have never experienced at other places. Having been to both of his studios in Hooksett as Well as Manchester, either location is inviting and peaceful. From the first appointment, Jeff has made me fell comfortable and relaxed. Okay, so a week ago I called Jeff up because I had met him at a Wellness Fair two years ago. He got me in the next day. First, the massage space is so clean and private and very cool looking as well. The massage was great: the pressure was perfect, the room temp was cool, the aromatherapy (I chose ecalyptus) was relaxing. The next day I was so relaxed and my muscles a little sore. But it was great. Now a week later those tight muscles are still loose and moving more freely than they have in two years. The massage and just the right amount of stretching relived so much physical pressure and pain that my mood even lifted. Jeff is welcoming and skilled. You just have to visit.

Jeff greeted me in a professional manor. offered me some water and had me fill out a brief form and then asked me a few questions. Today I had appointment with Jeffrey. He is very professional and dedicated to the art of massage. Jeffrey makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. He was very polite, considerate and attentive to my needs. Jeffrey has warm hands that are both strong and gentle. This was my first visit to Human Touch Massage. The Atmosphere upon entry was very inviting and Jeffrey added to this with his warm welcome. A short intake form to fill out and we were ready to go. I received the Full Body Deep Tissue Massage with Swedish Gymnastics. Jeffrey was Thorough and Professional. Any reaction by me during the massage was addressed with care by Jeffrey and he adjusted the massage accordingly. I highly recommend Human Touch Massage to anyone considering a Massage in the future. I rarely leave online reviews but this was one of the best massages I have ever had. I suffer from bad migraines from muscle spasms in shoulders and neck. Massage usually helps but this one was amazing! Great atmosphere and the the therapist really knew what he was doing. Needless to say my headache was gone completely by the end of the 30 minute massage. I felt he really knew what he was doing.
