Very, very disappointed. Was on the monthly program, then work for me became very busy and I was having a hard time finding tme for a massage. Since I am a business owner, time can be very unpredictable. After 9 months, of not getting into use my credit building up, (9 x 59 per month), I decided to stop the monthly program. I was told all credits would expire in 9 months. That was a few months ago. Now I am told it all expires in June. I called to book a 90 minute massage and add on himalayan salt to use up some of my credit. NOW I am told that my credit can only be used for hour massages, it can not go towards a half hour more or to add on himalayan salt. Very poor excuse. I was told I could use my credit for the one hour massage but would need to PAY $30 EXTRA for the himalayan salt, ecen though I have something like $531 in credit!!! Money is money, just deduct from the total credit. Asked if I could speak to a manager, this was Sunday, so I understand that maybe no manager there today, but I was told sorry, manager not in until Tuesday. Personally, my credit should not expire and my total credit should be used for anything, especially if it is going to expire. I am VERY disappointed.

I've never been disappointed by a massage at Elements, and my expectations are always exceeded. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and skilled. I've had some hit-or-miss experiences elsewhere, but I always visit Elements confident that I'll get a great massage. Most recently, I worked with Joseph who was awesome, but honestly all of the therapists I've worked with have been wonderful!

I have to say I am very disappointed in their service! I have been in the customer service industry for over 25 years and this is one of the worst companies, especially a small local company, I have been dealing with. My fiance signed up for one of their package deals and two Saturdays ago she had an appointment at 12:30PM, unfortunately she went to the doctors early that morning and had bronchitis. So needless to say she was not making this massage appointment. I called at 915AM to cancel for her and the girl I spoke to said she was going to be charged $29 for canceling within 6 hours. Really? Who was I supposed to cancel within 6 hours if your business does not open until 9AM, 3.5 hours before her appointment I asked the girl for a manager and one was not available, I gave her my cell phone number and she said she would be on Tuesday. Sure enough no call. I called on Wednesday, again the manager was not available and left a message with my cell phone again...to this day..no call back. Very poor service and practice.

Winona was amazing! I've been looking for a new massage therapist since my favorite moved out of state 5 years ago. No one has compared until I had a massage with Winona. The deep tissue massage she gave me was just the right pressure and was both invigorating and relaxing. I plan to come back to see her.

I stopped in and asked some questions like rates. Told first time was $69 for an hour and $40 for a half hour. When I went there for the massage (which was very good) I was told it was $55 for a half hour and $109 for an hour. I called the next day to questions the rates and the first person said there were no 1/2 hour rates but she was new and didn’t have all the info. The 4 th person said for into it was $69 for an hour and $55 for a 1/2hour. being someone who really likes consistency, I cancelled y next appointment and will not be back. For massage gets a 5, for front desk gets a 0, averages out to 3.

Recently I received a massage at this Elements location that was pretty disturbing in multiple ways. I told them about my experience, and no one reached out to discuss this situation with me at all. I've been a member for a couple years, now, and expected that they would treat me with more respect than this. It should have been clear between my medical info they had in front of them, as well as through my words and actions, that this massage situation was NOT okay. Instead, this didn't matter at all. I will be canceling my membership and would personally advise anyone against getting one. I did give two stars because there a couple of good therapists there who do take the time to listen and care in the massage. I would recommend them personally, just not the business.

This week my husband and I came in to try the Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massage... AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend it! I told David my areas of concern but that most of all I wanted a relaxing massage and he delivered exactly that! I've had many massages and this one was by far the best I've ever experienced! He was fantastic! Looking forward to my next one!!

I first went in with serious shoulder problems and with each visit my range of motion gets better. I was in a lot of pain and I am now able to continue working without any problems now. Weird, I cannot change my score to 8/10, it choose 10 and locked in. There is always room for improvement, which is why I scored 8/10. This was my first visit and Chris was excellent, I have signed up for the membership which provides great discounts.After my massage, I was pain free for 2 days and very relaxed. I feel with more massages with Chris, my pain will only improve. Haley at the front desk was a delight, she worked with me over email to set up my first visit. When I got there, she greeted me with a friendly face and I was already at ease. She sat with me for about 10 minutes going over my history and what I expected for my visit. What was really reassuring was that the employees receive a free massage per month. This allows them to share their personal experiences and shows that they feel comfortable with staff. It would be awesome if they served wine/beer before/after, provided a relaxation lounge before/after so that you do not have to rush and drive home, and locker/showers. I have been to a few places with these features and it made the experience that much better. I have already booked my next two visits for September, can't wait to see everyone again! Hi Donna, On Mon Sep 26, 2016 ALL the staff at Elements are superb! When you enter the establishment, you are greeted like you're their favorite customer, even if it's your first time! They offer relaxation massages or deep tissue massages. I have medical conditions that require the deep tissue massage. I have been with 2 therapists there and both of them are as knowledgeable as the physical therapists that I've been to, and provide me with the relief I need! I've been to several massage places, been worked on by several therapists and I can honestly say that I've never been more pleased! These people truly care about you and about making you feel better! I can't thank them enough!

I received massages by a few different people, which were all good... out of all of my massages Sandra was by far the best, but here are a few suggestions for the owner: 1) I showed up early to my appointments so I could get my full 90 minutes that I was paying for. Every massage therapist would start 5 to 6 minutes late, and stop 5 to 6 minutes early meaning I was out 10-14 minutes of massage time. 2) I joined your membership which I then cancelled because the cost went up to almost $100. The fact that you are forced to pay for the following month is ridiculous. 3)Typically when I go to any massage location the place smells of eucalyptus or something amazing! So good that you are relaxed the moment you walk in. Elements does not smell good. The last time I went in the hallways smelled terrible!

Very polite and therapists are great. I ask about their specialty and then book according to what I need. they are great about rescheduling if needed. They make great recommendations for stretching etc.
