The location was convenient. The building was nice. Nice setting. However, I have bad knots in my shoulders and back. I went in expecting to get some relief. The lady I had was nice, but programmed to be a sales person. Then she started my session 9 mins late and ended 6 min early, so my 60 minutes session was 45 minutes. I was early to fill out paperwork and was ready at 8am for my 8am appt. No knots were relieved instead now my shoulder is uncomfortable now. Now I need a massage. They rub your body but do not massage. Don't think I would go back not for $109 an hour. Plus a tip of $22-30 was expected.

They even offer online bookings and sometimes have last minute options. I just booked a last minute massage on Friday and loved every minute!!

Excellent massage therapist. A severe lack of over sight with training for the front end staff. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer services from their manager. I understand when people are training, however there should be oversight. Booked a couples massage and was told $89/pp with an additional $30 off for first time costumer. Expected a $148 (w.o gratuity) evening. When checking out I paid $158 only to get TWO phone calls after explaining that they never charged me for my husband massage. When booking the appointment I asked about prenatal, couples massage I was not told that there would be a 10/pp surcharge for them to open two doors to make a long room for a couples massage.... a $15 surcharge for prenatal, that the $89 was AFTER the $30 off. Extremely irritated that what is suppose to be a relaxing event has turned into a lot of frustration and a MUCH greater cost than what was anticipated. Again, fabulous massage, but I a night out I anticipated to be around $200 w. gratuity has turned into an over $300 night.. S/W with their manager and she took very little responsibility for the EXTREME mis-information I was given. She did give ONE free session on our accounts a $114 value.. I appreciate but frankly am not thrilled to return to such a chaotic place. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. IS. KEY. Bottom line SPECIFICALLY ask them about all the hidden fees.

I love the atmosphere immediately when I arrive--calming, perfect lighting and vibe; I've enjoyed every therapist I've had and they've all had different techniques and styles; those dang heated tables! OH MAN YES! I love the music especially--I often think to myself that I need to get some of that music for home! The soothing, easy vibe when leaving is beautiful. I love it all!

Funny I should receive a request for a review today, because I was going to send an unsolicited "review" after a wonderful massage with Tayla on Wednesday. I have had a handful of massages in my life. I love them. I would have more if I could afford them, but they are truly a decadence for me. I understand the costs to the business and the therapist that provide them, so please don't think I don't think they're worth the price. I simply can't justify a $100+/hour experience very often. (NOTE: I actually had a gift certificate for my massage that was part of a 2-for-1, but with the tip, it was still over $70) Thus, I really appreciated Tayla and her great massage and her friendly and outgoing personality. I would definitely return to Elements for a massage, and ask for gift certificates here.

I’ve been here once before and loved it. I recently booked because I wanted to use a gift card. I booked online 4 days in advance and requested an appointment. I never heard back from anyone, figuring it was all set and remembering back to my prior experience, I also didn’t receive a confirmation then. Regardless, I went online to check my appointment and there was nothing booked. I called to discuss this and the woman on the phone rebooked me for a later appointment on a random day I didn’t request. Then she proceeded to say the therapist I was requesting was already booked and I couldn’t book with her. Yes, she was 4 days ago when I booked her but apparently someone else was able to overbook me. I will not be returning to this location.

My husband and I go every month to get a massage. He is a truck driver and it helps him with his back. I have broken my back an injured my leg. I have had some masseuse that didn't satisfy or help relieve my pain but I have found the best masseuse for me and she has actually taken away my pain that I have had for the past 12 years. I feel because of them and my chiropractor that I go to once a month, I now live in almost pain free life which I thought I would never see again.

I love going to Elements Massage once a month for 90 minutes of me time. The health and relaxation benefits are beyond anything. Jackie and Sarah are fabulous !! The facility is clean, calming, peaceful and just heavenly. If I could I would go once a week.

This review concerns the front desk only. My family hadn’t used Elements for a while but all massage therapists we experienced were fantastic! I called and scheduled my teenage daughter for today. She went back and I paid the bill and left cash gratuity, which the receptionist put in an envelope and wrote a name on the front. I left to run errands and received a call from my daughter. They changed policy and minor children must have an adult in the room. I went back to retrieve her, my gift card and gratuity. The manager came out and explained. Also admitted I should’ve been told that when I made the appointment. She told receptionist to give me back my gift card and gratuity. I was perturbed that the massage therapist, myself, and daughter were inconvenienced but moved on. I went back to my errands and suddenly the receptionist is calling me to tell me to bring back the gratuity she gave back to me because I didn’t give her any gratuity in the first place! Unbelievable!! She put the cash in an envelope and it seems wrote another massage therapist’s name on it. Told her I’d bring back the $22 if she has my $22 which was impossible because I was holding my $22. In so many words she called me a thief. Phone call ended. I called back and spoke to the manager. There was no point to that. Had my daughter received her massage, her massage therapist would’ve never received her gratuity. I’m appalled customer service means calling a client a thief! I can never step foot in Elements anywhere and I have a gift card that’s now worthless. Word of advice, if you leave cash gratuity at front desk, ask for envelope and write the massage therapist’s name on it.

Therapists are skilled. 3 visits and didn't have a bad experience. My issue is the practice of massaging for less time than advertised. I know this is a common practice but in my last 2, 90 minute massages total time massaged were 71 and 68 minutes. I was almost home when my time ended the last time. Other than that it's a perfectly nice place.

The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I am counting the days until I return.
