I told the lady my shoulder hurts and she acknowledged it was tight but didn't do any effort to give extra massage but continue massaging my feet instead when I'm done I charge it to my Visa and asked how about my tip I gave her $15 cash she changed her attitude gave me a bottle water

I just tried to go there at 10pm for the $20hr massage. I’ve been here several times and always just get my feet done, not full body. This time lady rudely told me it’s $28 after I had my feet in the water. I questioned why i was being charged a different price and they just spoke in a foreign language and it didn’t sound pleasant. I took my feet out of the water and left. Terrible business practice to make up costs for services on the fly. Advertising one price and trying to hike it up on me, nah.

Very disrespectful, pushy and not friendly. Made my boyfriend and I super uncomfortable by trying to sell us other services. Massage terrible. They barely touched us.as Plus, they trick you with prices. It's not at all as advertised on the outside of the building. I would like to give -5 stars. Stay way!

Bad experience. Fake advertising! Don't go to this place. Its noisy and cold. They don't explain you the pricing correctly and you turn up charged more. Anyway don't go to this place. You have better places around.

What a fraud this place is. They lure you in with a 20 dollar price on the sign. You come inside and they tell you it's 35 dollars. Dishonesty and Deception? You deserve better. Go someplace else.

Paid for 90 min, received 75. Lazy employee, came in 1:50pm, massage lady already tired. Asked her 11 times not to swipe my feet and only press in and out, she did it for two seconds amd went back to swiping. Repeatedly asked for strong, got light. Walked out and paid ZERO TIP. When did I miss the news that tips no longer have to be earned?

I just wanted foot massage but they had beds and urge me to get back rub too for $10 more. The AC was on full blast while they applied massage oil so I got super cold. I actually caught a cold from that one hour. I was going to tip $5 but their suggestion is for minimum $10 tip on a $20 foot massage. I don't think I'll go back especially because there are so many other places I can try around town.
