The people are very nice and accommodating. I called for a same day appointment and they were able to get us in. The ambiance is inviting and the front desk people are very warm. My massage therapist, Camille was very thorough and got all my knots taken cared of. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Great experience here at The Spa and Massage. The employees were so welcoming and kind when speaking to them on the phone and helped me with all the questions I had about adding on hot stone, etc. I walked in and was immediately helped by the associates at the desk. One led me straight to my room. Their area is spacious and bright and I noticed nail salon stations on the way which is nice. My masseuse was amazing, took care of all of my stressed points and knots I had on my back. I walked out of there feeling extremely satisfied. Would definitely go again!

I have tried different massage places around town but never was I satisfied with their services even the signature place in town never passed my criteria. Till my friend found this place in Groupon and made a same day appointment. We were actually 10 minutes late for our 4pm appointment so we already know we won't get that full hour massage but to our surprise, the massage felt more than an hour. We asked for a complete full body massage, but we felt we got a deep tissue massage that's how great our massause are. I got Nancy, she was perfect, I did not have to tell her... her strokes are hard and firm exactly how I always wanted my massage. As if she knows me. She was a happy camper. My friend got Camille who was so sensitive to my friend's needs, always asking if she is ok.The front desk lady and I assumed the guy is the owner were very nice, polite, accomodating and professional to deal with. The place is clean and safe. And most importantly their therapists are licenced. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Can't wait to be back!

WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! My husband and I bought a 90- minute couple's massage for this place on Groupon. When we showed up at 11:25am for our 11:30am appointment we were told they weren't ready for us but we could go back and wait. They didn't start our massage until 11:50am and stopped our massages at 12:50...so we paid for 90 minute massages but only got 60 minutes. Also, there aren't rooms, more like half walls or cubicle's so you can hear the person in the next "room" getting a massage. Also, the massage was so incredibly rushed neither of us could relax the whole time! Never go to this place!

Mike and Linda were amazing! I went in for a 90 minute deep tissue. I had Linda initially for the first 30 minutes and when she noticed I asked for more pressure, she had mike step in to provide that. Try both knew the right spots and truly found the knots! Next time I come to Vegas, I have to come back here. The price was very good too! Highly recommend!

Just gives me another reason to love being a woman. Since men aren't allowed, they don't have the privilege to experience this perfect gem in the center of Chinatown. For $99 (excluding tip, I tipped $40 after my massage. It is a expensive massage expense in China town area, but it worth it) I got the spa signature massage( full body massage, hot stone, aromatherapy, foot bath, nature massage oil. My body melted and ended up in heaven. My masseuse Linda was amazing and super thoughtful down to the smallest detail. She also made sure I was "okay" throughout my treatment, constantly asking how I was doing (but not in an annoying way). I chose medium pressure and it was perfect. Not too firm and not too soft. I The parking is great and every employee in that store is really nice. Cons: it is little hard to make the appointment for the signature massage. I am not able to make the appointment successful at the first time, the front desk told me their appointments are full for the signature massage.

Good experience! Staff is very nice and it’s very relaxing. I got the foot massage which includes full body. It was $36, really great deal for what I got. The massaging area is very open so if you are a modest person, this may not be for you, but the low price of the massage was worth the lack of privacy for me.

I had to pre rate this place prior to getting my massage in order to get $$ off my massage. It's a chinese massage place so you will get a chinese massage. It was good but felt very rushed with the way they move the towels on your body. At one point I felt like my back was like this old laundry wash boards where you used to wash your clothes lol. All and all.. Worth the discounted groupon price.
