I have had many massages over the years. I have plenty of experience with sports massage and professional sports teams. I started in the medical field 35 years ago. What does this have to do with Sol State massage and Keisha ? She understands what areas in my body are holding trauma and need to be released. Her techniques are well beyond her years. Keisha ability to release the connective tissue to allow healing to take place is incredible. Myofascial release is sometimes difficult to receive but it is a necessary pain to open the flow of energy. Keisha is one of the best at restoring my body to its optimal performance. Now this my not be for everyone, but if you want to perform then get in to see Keisha at Sol State and you will not be disappointed. I never am . Thank you Keisha !

MY Gosh! Could you not beat people up! TOOOOO HARD! I asked her to be more gentle, but to no avail. She got rude and said "This is not a buff and puff place" in an extremely rude manor. "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." RUDE! I suggest you stay away from this rude person!
