I recently got a deep tissue and the hot stone treatment. Overall Very thorough I noticed though it seemed that she didn't have enough hand strength to work everything out properly she ended up just digging in very deep, but not really releasing any tension. Esspecially in my lower legs around my calfs and ankles. The price point was about right, I might go back again to see if another massage therapist might be a bit more up for the job

I made an appointment for my mother, friend, and I for the three of us to get reflexology. The front desk associate brought us to the back to a room with a table for each of us and we all laid down and they brought in buckets of warm water for our feet. Two men started working on my friend and me and my mom laid there waiting for a therapist to come in and start on her. 30 MINUTES passed by and no one said anything to my mom or us about the therapist that was supposed to work on my mom. Then the front desk girl came in and grabbed my mothers bucket of water and didn't say anything to us. So my mom waited a little longer and then she finally left. After my friend and I were done- not knowing what was going on- we go to the front to pay and ask what happened and they told us that the therapist that was supposed to work on my mom got sick and was unable to work on her. I made a fuss about it because they didn't feel the need to inform us during the entire session about what was going on whatsoever. I understand everyone gets sick and we would've been totally ok with that if someone told us before we started getting worked on but no one decided to tell us. The front desk associate even told us in the front after the fact that they were gonna just let my mom lay there for the entire hour. I don't normally make a scene about something like that especially since the woman who was supposed to work on my mother was sick but it's the principle that they never thought to come in and tell my mother that she was sick and wasn't able to work on her. It was extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. When my mother came out the front desk associate never mentioned anything to my mother just let her pay. She wasn't going to say anything to us until we finally asked what was going on. One of the therapist that worked on my friend was very understanding and we were appreciative of that but the front desk and the manager was so "whatever" about all of it, it was so disrespectful. My friend and my experience was completely ruined because we knew my mother wasn't there to enjoy it with us and so we didn't even get to relax.

0 stars. The man hurt me the whole time. Unrelaxing. I went in there expecting it to be very nice. I paid 140$ for my mother and I (before hand). They did not massage my back. If you want to barely be touched this is the place to go.They rubbed and tickled using his arm. My mom was telling them how much pain she was in. The lady just said ohhhh. They both did not speak English or understand. I called before arrival asking if they waxed and they must not have understood because they told me they did arm pits and bikini. I paid for a full body deep tissue. They did not touch my muscles or use there hands. They did not touch my feet or hands and he hurt my legs and focused on and near my bottom(butt). It was an alright time I got and hour to rest. Coming out of the place my mom and I were walking out. The guy stopped us and gave us a little cup of water. Trying to distract us while this lady typed in on her phone to translate "you forgot to leave a tip we were shocked and my mom was in shock and left 20$ I was irritated they were rude enough to ask. I will never go back. They stressed me out and the guy locked up my neck trying to be a Simi chiropractor.

My husband and I treated ourselves to the $45 special and both of us left there feeling very relaxed and pleased with the service we received. I really liked the routine of the massage/reflexology and felt like the lady really knew her pressure points. The hot stones on my feet were also very nice. We went ahead and bought the five card membership because we were both so excited to return. One tip is to wear comfortable clothing because for this specific massage you do not take your clothes off. Treat yourself, I don't think you'll regret it!

Jason honestly just gave me the best massage of my life. Edit: Just came back one year ago to the day and had an incredible experience once again. Me and 4 friends got a 5 pack of hour long, full body messages for $300. What an incredible deal and all of us are super pleased with our massages! Oscar did a great job. Will be back next year!

Reflexology is in the business name, but they actually do foot and body massage, rather than real trigger point reflexology. I didn't know this going in and several times specifically requested reflexology, referring to the pressure point foot map they have prominently displayed, without staff letting me know I would be receiving massage rather than a reflexology treatment. My experience with the foot massage/body massage was not one I'd recommend. The massage was unskilled and very percussive, bordering on beating my body. As this was my first and only time I don't know if other practitioneers there are as bombastic as mine, but if they are I would be concerned about someone getting hurt.
