This review is long overdue! Laura is amazing at what she does and she is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She doesn’t use typical massage techniques but everything she does is very effective, you just have to trust in the process. I have gone to many chiropractors, massage therapists, and even doctors over the years and I’ve never had long lasting results like what I get with Laura. Her techniques have helped me immensely both physically and mentally. I have noticed a great difference in the amount of pain and tightness in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She has also helped me with knee pain, sinus issues, jaw clenching, headaches, digestive issues, and my overall health in general. She is an extremely kind and knowledgeable person and I know I can go to her about any ailment or issue in my life and she will be willing to provide advice, recommendations, home remedies, and even emotional support. She has helped me in so many ways and I’m so thankful to have her in my corner. I 100% recommend you give Laura a shot.

Laura is excellent. I was fortunate to find a highly evolved Bowen therapist whose techniques have made a huge difference to me, staving off the development and/or progression of Parkinson's disease, which an M.D. friend told me she was concerned she may have observed early symptoms in me. After reading how to approach that bleak prospect, I found Bowen therapy and then Laura, and I am glad I did! I am symptom-free now, and I give the credit to Laura Elliott. I found a different Bowen therapist closer to home, but her treatments weren't particularly helpful. Thank you, Laura!

I have been seeing Laura for many years. She is not just a massage therapist but, a body therapist! She has used Bowen Therapy on me to help with my fatigue and Qi Gong when I needed relaxation. Every appointment is based on how your body and mind is at that time. She has realigned my jaw and aligned my hips when they are out of place from standing too much. She is always taking classes and learning new ways to help people.

Have you ever heard of a condition called Trismus? It is like lockjaw, and it can happen after dental injections, apparently, and perhaps also, if people have known/unknown TMJ issues. I found Bowen Therapy and Laura Elliott when I could only open my mouth less than a baby finger worth. Yes, difficult to eat, talk and I had already had it for 3 weeks. Yes, I had tried other treatments, like chiropractic and acupuncture and jaw exercises. Without Laura, I don't know how I would be today. It took about a month of appointments, but I got to where I could eat an apple or corn-on-the-cob again. Besides her intuitive healing and Bowen techniques, Laura is calm, reassuring and just what you need when something is wrong with your body. As a holistic health coach, I was surprised I did not know of Bowen Therapy. Now, I shall think of her first if I have so much as a back ache!

I first went to see Laura about four years ago with a shoulder injury. All the information I was getting said I needed surgery but Laura fixed me up with her many techniques. Laura takes the time to find out exactly how she can help you and will do the research needed to ease any nagging pain you may have. She has helped with everything to back pain to plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend her whether you have an injury or just need a body tune up.

Laura truly has a healing gift and a heart for service! My partner and I both go and she was able to help even on the first visit! My first session with Laura was like nothing I've ever experienced. I originally went in because my pelvis is uneven and my right shoulder has some damage. She saw all my reflexes were turned on and even helped my knees (which I had given up on).
