Pre-Visit: My #1 favorite thing about this place is that they take walk-ins!!! Very few massage centers do that. I am a weightlifter and an athlete. I never know when I'm going to be sore; so scheduling massages in advance doesn't work for me. Setting up your appointment is a breeze with the on-line scheduler. I decided to do a walk-in today at 1130 and saw (through the on-line scheduler) that Bill Silvershield had a 90 min sports massage available at 1215. I called in to schedule b/c it was so close to the appointment time. Visit: I arrived a little bit early to fill out the pw. There was only one page I needed to fill out. So...quick, easy and painless. I was offered water upon arrival and shown to the latrine. Then Bill was ready for me. What a fantastic massage therapist! He didn't do the normal "deep tissue/sports" massage. He added in several other techniques that I'd never seen, felt, or heard of. He spent extra time on the problem areas I identified, and was constantly asking me for feedback. He was very attuned to muscle re-alignment and tendon-tension relief. (Some of it was very painful as I am very tight and don't stretch enough!). He also made sure to balance me out and work through the whole body. A+ for time management. He worked through most of my major problem areas in 90 min. Total cost for 90 min sports massage: $105.00. Overall: LOVE the walk-in availability. Very knowledgeable and attune massage therapist, Mr. Bill Silvershield. Average price. Priceless relief and relaxation.

Hands down best massage I've ever had. I went in for debilitating neck pain, and ended up walking out without a sore neck. I've been back for routine massages and feel like Jennifer has a real grasp on what it takes to heal sore muscles.

Everyone at Ralston Massage is amazing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the staff are amazing professionals whom are light hearted and kind, and the place is clean and neat. Many of the massage therapists have been studying massage for over a decade and can truly help you feel better and heal if you have been injured or are just too stressed out. This is the only place in town to get a massage.
