Heather helped me out with a cupping massage for the first time, she explained to me everything that was going on and how the body reacts to it great info will definitely be going more . I’ve had several cupping sessions with Heather and I’m quite frankly amazed at the increased mobility I’ve had in my chronically tight shoulders/upper chest area. My performance in the gym, from mobility to muscle growth, has greatly increased. Her knowledge and intuition is hands down the best.

This is by far the best place for massage in town! I have been suffering with lower back pain for years and after only a few sessions I no longer feel the agonizing pain that would keep me from playing baseball with my children and other fun activities. I highly recommend this place because because of how personable and passionate the therapists are and go above and beyond to deliver a quality experience. They don't treat you like a number like some franchises in the area do.

She was AWESOME!! we discussed why i was coming in and she actually listened and incorporated techniques that helped with my specific challenges. after the massage we game planned for what i can do at home to continue to especially take care of my back. She showed me some stretches i can do and we planned for my next session. I would recommed this place to anyone looking to get a worthwhile service.
