We have been here three times so far. The first two were amazing!! Our last visit didn't seem as great as the first two, they really seemed to focus on just our backs instead of full body like they normally do. They also seemed a little unhappy with us tipping a bit less than their "suggested" tip, but like I said, it wasn't as great as the first couple times we went!! All in all though, this is a great, clean place to get a massage. Very relaxing atmosphere.

The girl I ask for her name is kelly, I have lots of tension in my back muscles, causing strain or discomfort ... kelly gives me the best massage I ever have had, when I leave I feel like a new person ... they have a nice atmosphere , and the price is much cheaper than other places I have gone to in the past... it’s well worth going here .. and do yourself a favor and ask for kelly ...I am giving Massage Well and Kelly both 5 stars

The location was easy to find as the building was clearly marked and located off a main road off the strip. It seemed kinda sketchy when you enter. The man at the desk was quite abrupt and smelled of alcohol. The staff were very friendly. My message was decent for the cheap price I paid. My travel companions did not have a good experience with their massages unfortunately. At the end when it was time to pay, the man at the desk instructed us to provide the tip into small envelopes. When we wanted to give the tip directly to the staff, we were met with a worried look from them and they scurried to a back room. Not really sure what was happening in that place but definitely wont be returning.

Awesome! We make a point to visit every time we are in town. We have always had superb massages at Massage Well. Extremely clean. They listen to what areas you want massaged. They always check with you to make sure the level of pressure is ok. I have had several different masseuse' there. They are all skilled at finding the really sore, inflamed areas to work on.

Do you rideshare? Like I do? Do you work a lot or have a busy life? Does your back, hips , and legs or other areas of the body hurt and ache like mind did? Then come here!! It was hands down the best massage I have ever had! The whole hour was used to work some are of the body. No sitting in one area to waste time like some massage places. U know? They did deep tissue threw the sheet, Lotion rub, and Hot rocks it was fantastic! I had Linda and she was incredible. I feel so much better. Thank you. And thank you to my riders who I picked up from here and told me I had to go for 40 bucks was the best massage they had ever had too.. and they were right. And make sure u tip! Dont be a chump! I tipped 10 the first time but I definitely will give more next time. Because that's what I normally tip. But really did not expect it to be that good.. try them out.. you'll see. You'll feel so much better!!!

I normally don't do spa treatments, but I heard about the Infrared Body Wrap and how a single treatment can shave INCHES off your waist. I'm not fat, but I do like beer, and after a long winter... I wanted to do something before sitting poolside in the midst of summer. I looked for a place to go and found Massage Pro. The experience was great. Christie, the owner, was so cool. She took my measurements prior to the 1 hour procedure, and again after. My waste shrunk by 2 inches. Not only did I look better, but I felt great. Since then I have been watching what I take in my body, but I feel the head start I got at Massage Pro set me off on the right foot. I recommend the treatment to anyone who wants to look and feel better.

May lost a weekly customer because she complained about her tip and refused my appointment. I was told I cost her more then she makes, and actually lost her a better paying customer because of my appointment. I gave the worker who took care of me twice the grateful tip amount. I highly doubt I'll be back over a complaint and refusal about $10 for an hour massage which is what their board says to pay. Be grateful you even get a tip. Tip is not mandatory anywhere, if so, it is charged as gratuity in the bill. Then you get a credit card tip and the government keeps half of the tip. So enjoy!

I would say this is one of the best massage spa we’ve ever been. My group of friends came in at the last hour they were supposed to close. They still accomodated us, we never felt rushed, we still got the best massage. Everyone in the group loved it! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable! On top of this, they are very trustworthy! I left my necklace in the room that night! The next day we called them to ask if they have found a necklace, they didnt found it at first, but on our way back home to New Mexico they called us and said they found it and will mail it to us that same day! It was the most wonderful news I got on that trip because that necklace was given to me by my kids! We truly appreciated the honesty and service they gave us and we definitely will visit this place again once we are back in Las Vegas! Highly recommended place!!!

First time getting a massage professionally and it was honestly so relaxing and the price was really fair. Did a couples swedish massage with hot stones and the masseuse was attending and considerate with pressure and asks if it's too harsh. P.S. there is a mandatory tip of $10 I believe but we gave $20 each. Well worth it! Oh and it smells so good in that place I dont know what it is and that music had me on another world.

He tried to stand on me without asking if I was okay with that (I'm a very petite woman) and he lost his balance and fell off the table. It was very clear he had no idea what he was doing. The staff could not be more gracious in assuring that my experience was exceptional. Having just lost a loved one and returning from making final arrangements for my brother, I was stressed beyond measure. I Googled massage and saw the high ratings from over 100 reviews (very rare). The two hour massage was perfectly balanced with attention to every area I listed in the preliminary survey questionnaire. I can go on and on but I think whoever reads this will have gotten my point... Massage Well is the place to go if you want an excellent and professional massage experience. :-)

Wonderful for my husband and I. We normally go together and get the hour and half which is more than worth the price. Heidi is a must when going there. She not only gets all the knots out, but stretches you out. She takes her time to make sure she doesn't miss anything. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Very flexible and able to get us in right away. For the price and the servies you would be a fool not to come here. Way, way better than those over priced membership places. Kelly is my favorite massage therapist but I have been to kity & Linda before and they are amazing as well. $40 for hot stones and hot oil for 1 whole hour is unheard of. This place is the best find in Vegas! I’ve referred a ton of family and friends and anytime I have visitors from out of town I take them here! You definitely get your monies worth! I had deep tissue massage for so years, but the massage over here is one of the best experience I have ever had. They really know the pressure points, and this was not at all painful as the deep tissue I normally have. The people are really friendly, and I would highly recommend it from anyone who has been exhausted from partying in Vegas, and especially after EDC :)
