You will see all the opinions of real people who use the products of Massage Heights (Massage Therapist) in Nevada.
At the present this business has a score of 4.2 over 5 and the score was based on 52 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an reviews average is high, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may say that the assessment is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to give their opinion when they've done well with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to write evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Massage Therapist belongs to the category of Massage therapist.
you guys rock every time we go every one is soo nice and they make us feel soo welcomed cant wait too see you again, to become soooooooooooooo very relaxed thanks jacob and jenn
I have been going to Massage Heights for years now and have always had a great experience. It is very professional, the staff are pleasant and helpful. The best part, of course, is that I get affordable massages! You can try a bunch of different therapists to find someone that works for you and then just relax....
I credit the ability to be pain free at my job to Tia!! This place is amazing with lots of talented massage therapists here (Tia being my favorite). Definitely a great investment and a great place to go to for relief.
Been coming here for a while now. It's a nice place and the flexible membership and availability is great. Therapists can be a hit or miss and the best ones don't seem to stay long. But if you are too picky about stuff like that it's fine. The convenience is worth it to me.
Some great masseuses others not. You have to get a few to find a favorite. Love their facials.
This was my first visit here and it was one of the best massages I have gotten in a long time! I also like how they are not pushy with their memberships and nagging you to sign up. The staff was very polite and pressure-free which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend to try this place if you're looking for a great massage!
Definitely get a membership, it's worth it!!
Do not sign any kind of contract with these folks! They pressure you into it and are very sketchy with the details. My credit card expired and my automatic payments were stopped. In the mean time, the company I worked for was bought and I went from a 60 person company to a 450,000 person company, so I was drinking from a fire hose and didn't really pay attention to the account. I just called up to see if I could use the credit I had accumulated and apparently, hidden in the contract, is the fact that unless I am a member I can't use my credits. So here we are with a nationally known company abusing their size to squeeze a few bucks out of a single member. Maybe their COO, Shane Evans, should reprise her "Undercover Boss" appearance to look at its practices to make sure they aren't ripping off their clientele. Well maybe not. Her appearance wasn't very well received. Their masseuses may be good but the organization itself is scummy!
For the second time in a little over a year I have listened to co-workers call and question charges to their credit card or bank account. Both times they had requested their account be suspended and both times the person answering the phone assured them they were all set. I find this very disturbing and would suggest that anyone signing up for multiple massages BEWARE!! This is a horrible business practice and talking to higher ups got them nowhere!
Fantastic Massage, nice place. Terese was spot on! Highly recommend!
If you aren't a member they charge you $100 per massage! What if I don't want to sign a contract for 6months? I was willing to pay $50 but not $100. My neck and back were hurting really bad and they said renew your membership or we can't help.
Excellent therapy. Not just massage
Excellent customer service here, very clean and well run location. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Got me in late and they ended the session short. Overall was not impressed with the therapist.
Southpointe Plaza is THE place to go. Ok, so it's the subscription model ( who isn't these days) but if you hit it on the right promotion, you'll get a year of monthly pampering and relief for those tired muscles. There's a range of new add ons recently, not my thing there will be a good number of folks who do. Try it. Just remember it's a subscription model and you'll be fine!
I have been going to Massage Heights at least twice a month for over 18 months and I love it. Very reasonable prices for the incredible service. I will not leave, Mike S
Massage therapists and support staff are all very friendly and courteous. Massage therapists have all been highly skilled. I give massage heights a five star rating.
To start, my therapist was late for the appointment. By the time I was on the table they were 12 minutes late which I don't blame the therapist I blame them for booking back to back to back app . As for the message, Jordan, was great. She was very educated and talented at massage.
Awesome service and staff this a must for anyone needing a massage and you have to try the elevations
See Cheryl! She's amazing!
Long time member - lately things have been slipping. In our last three attempts to get a massage, twice we had our appointments cancelled last minute due to a "scheduling error", and then when we finally got it scheduled without issue, the massage started 10 minutes late. Inside it's starting to show some wear too - some stains on the head rest sheets in particular. The therapists and front desk are a revolving door so it's hard to stick with one person who you like.
Clean, good massages if you get the right therapist, and fair pricing.
Jason is great!
Very unprofessional experience. I had to cancel my massage due to an emergency and they charged my credit card for $40. I never signed anything or gave permission. Not a good way to get a customer to come back. The girls at the front desk also pushed my to sign up for a 12 month membership. They left out many details of the contract, and when I denied they seemed upset. I will not be going back, nor would I recommend anyone to go there.
Gift certificates are great gifts!!!
Great great place very very relaxing
Excellent massage by Rey
I loved my massage with Aaron and my first masseuse but the front desk Lisa with the Groupon issues made it frustrating to a point that caused me to cancel my entire membership when I was planning on returning for Aaron but now I won’t come back. Bad customer service especially since Lisa does not smile or have any kind of customer service experience. She was rude and argued back with me which is not professional or becoming. There are other massage places that can take care of my needs in a better approach. So sad. I would’ve been a loyal customer.
Melissa is fantastic.
The staff was definitely friendly and welcoming - the moment you walk in, you are already relaxed due to the ambience and aroma of the place. My masseuse was Raelyn, and she really hit the spots! She treads on each of the muscles in a pattern that works well with the knots and kinks that i had in my body. She goes through them nice and easy, taking time in each area to ensure that the muscles do not get skipped over. I would go back and recommend friends and family as well.
Great place, and excellent service. My massage therapist is awesome, and caring!!!! Even though I live far form there it is worth it!!!!
Therapist met my needs and worked on areas requested. I like the quick in and out of this place rather than a big spa in a hotel. The area is clean and everyone is friendly. I felt healthier when I left!
I did not care for the massage I received here at all.
Raelyn is amazing. Left me speechless. Highly recommend
Been member for years with Massage Heights where I started my membership in Texas and never had a negative experience until moving to Las Vegas. South Point Plaza shorten my massage time and therapist took me in late and ended my session early. Informed management and no resolve. So I let it go months ago. I cancel appointment time 2.5 hours prior to session and they still charge me a fee. Knowing how often I go in and how often I buy extra services. This is how you will be appreciated for you loyal business. Terrible business practice especially for as long my membership has been.
I really like that auto confirmation and phone calls. The facility is always quiet and clean. I use Gina who does an excellent job. My husband gave me a monthly massage for Mother's Day so I now have something to look forward to each month.
If your looking for a good massage, this is the place
I purchased a non renewable 3 month contract with Massage Heights at their Eastern location. They inadvertently signed me up for a automatic renewing membership. At the end of december I received a phone call stating that I owed a $179.00 fee for the renewel which I did not owe since my membership wasn't supposed to be a auto renewal membership. I tried several times to resolve this with the local staff. Each time I was advised not to worry the problem has been resolved. Then I received a collection letter demanding payment from an outside collection agency for $179. After contacting the collection agency I was advised that again the matter has been resolved however they are unable to provide evidence that there is no outstanding balance. Marge Henderson Nev
Love Kat for deep tissue massages. They do prefer you to be a member. They have about of massage therapists. The music played is a bit of obnoxious at times. If you have any massage expect it to be ten minutes shorter. 5 minutes to get undressed and 5 minutes to get dressed. Friendly and helpful staff. And what is great, is if my masseuse isn't there, they can recommend another one with similar massage styles and techniques.
Was
Nice staff awesome price for price for first time. Helped back pain
Very personable desk staff and a large variety of massage / masseuse options.
I was a client for many years and found very little to complain about other than my therapists being booked frequently and not finding one that I connected with if the 2 I liked were not available. I HATE that the front desk people would recommend someone because "they are really good" only to find out the person recommending them NEVER had a massage from that person, this happened several times and I was less than satisfied to say the least. I cancelled my membership in August after the letter I got stated the costs were going up $25 per month on my membership and I ended up with less than I paid for before. The letter also didn't give 30 days notice about this. I was told that the prices increasing were due to the increased overhead costs. This isn't MY problem and shouldn't be passed on to the customers at such a high increase. If anything, the professional thing to do would have been to slowly increase the prices over every 6 months or year and certainly to give AT LEAST 30 days notice if not more. They do try to hard sell but it just wasn't worth it. For the money I would be paying I have found a therapist for far less costs and far better service. The music is VERY redundant, not changed up because "it's corporate that puts the music on" and it can't be changed at the office. I often had to wait on hold on the phone or at the front desk as there were simply not enough people to do check in, check out, book appointments, answer questions and answer the phone. It took me 3 phone calls to the office to speak with a manager about concerns regarding the increased monthly fees and then I was still diverted to the regional manager who in the end simply had an attitude about me questioning the fees. I also know several people that have cancelled due to the increase and Darla (regional manager) told me that simply wasn't true....oh ok, cause you know who my friends are and who I talk to? LOL Save your money and go somewhere else that is more professional and that values you as a paying customer.
It was a beautiful gift I gave myself. Thank you for that
Ok could be better.
Good gift
Awesome massage. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend. You need to try this place.
Great place! I have been going for the last few years and all the staff has been great! I would recommend it for anyone.
My experience at Massage Heights has been great! The staff is very friendly and they take a personal interest in your health. For the most part, Gina works on me. She is fantastic! I always leave there feeling great! I am so glad I found their facility!
When I joined I had hoped to get great massages or at least really good ones.. it has been a disappointment each time...trying to cancel...will see how easy that is to do... I would advise you to think before you join... UPDATE : just had the best massage ever Britany is a new therapist there and she is amazing... I put in my cancellation and there was no problem having my membership cancelled ... the Masage Heights on Eastern has restored my faith in this business... I would suggest going in with caution but just make sure to let everyone there know who is good and who is not doing a good job...
Love the people here. The front desk staff is very friendly I go to the masseuse named Cheryl. I have nothing but great things to say about her massage and her as a person. Thank you guys.
This is the second time I drove up there for nothing. And instead of trying making it right by me the said a manager will call you Monday So overall I drove 30 miles every direction for nothing. I’ll not recommend this place unless you live close by
Massage Heights is a beautiful facility: bright and crisp in the reception area, warm and inviting in the massage rooms. The cranial sacral massage with Charity is a life changer! The perfect recovery therapy if you've been involved in an accident or had a concussion, the method inspires focus and mobility and leaves me feeling better than I have in years! I can't wait to go back.
The decor was great. Someone did a great job designing the space. However there are small details when added up detracts from all of that. The front desk was exceptionally messy. For a place that should relax you it was chaos at the front desk. In the waiting for you massage waiting room they have a new water fall wall art but it was only half working. It was turning green from the water and the wall and floor around it show signs of water damage. This is a simple cleaning thing. Price was about what one could expect so that was good. The appearance of the girls working there was not what you would expect. It looked like they would work at a tattoo parlor or body piercing studio not a massage shop. They were good but not the best around. I think for the money you can do better. They were trying to sell us on a monthly package. They tried very hard. Seemed like a used car dealer or bestbuy selling a warranty.
Great place to relax
Don’t listen to front desk. Membership plan is a scam. Very frustrating customer service.
Love this place! Have been a member for a couple of years now and seen many of the therapists on staff. Am never disappointed. Highly recommend!
Amazing service! The massage therapists are beyond professional and give great massages. You always receive such a friendly greeting from the receptionists. My go to place for massage!
Yesss please! Love the staff love my girl Charity!
finally found a good massage therapist.
Whatever you do, do NOT purchase a membership with them! They will refuse to cancel your membership, even after multiple requests and confirming that such and such date will be the last. I confirmed 28 days before my last payment, and then again on my last service that everything would be canceled. Surprise - Another charge! Their manager will either never be around to contact or will lie to you about attempts to reach you. Only join if you want to never leave!
Amber just gave me the best massage I've ever had in my life. Perfect pressure, focused completely on the right areas, and amazing price. They do try to get you on a membership afterwards, which I am now considering, but I was so groggy from being so relaxed that I could barely speak lol. I can't recommend them enough!
Good location, great hours and very accommodating to specific schedules and needs. The aromatherapy was a nice touch. I was able to easily relax and the therapist was very professional. I did the hour long massage, but there are other options and even other focus areas that can be purchased for a very reasonable price.
Great place to get massages. Sign up for their 6 month package. You can lock in introductory rate for 6 months plus get a free massage on top. I booked 6 90 minute massages and got a 60 minute massage for free that I can give as a gift because there is no expiration date on certificate. Fabulous bonus. Fantastic people work here. Bree is awesome. She has the golden touch. She really knows how to work out your knots. Highly recommended going here for all your massage needs.
I heard about Massage Heights from a friend who goes there often. I do not get massages often and preferred someone who was recommended. The therapist was good and the ambiance pleasant. The first visit was half price, which was nice.
I use to work there and it was very clean and the staff was awesome unfortunately a family emergency made it where i couldn't keep the job but i had a very positive work experience there
I was a little worried about this place from what I read about it online. I always see the guy with the sign for it on my way home from work so I thought I would try it. It surprised me a lot. I was expecting it to be pusshy sales, and ok-ish therapist. Turned out the people were crazy nice up front, and my therapist was verrry good. When I came out to pay they told me about the memberships but never pushed anything on me. That was a nice surprise. I ended up going back and buying a short membership and so far everything is great.
The facility is nice, calming, and clean.
Jillian was amazing!
