THE GUESTS THAT COME IN DESERVE EXCELLENCE BUT WHEN MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT UP TO SPEED. THE BRAND SUFFERS MR. COOK. AS A CLIENT MY MASSAGES WERE AMAZING IF THE ROOM WAS NOT FREEZING. ALSO THE UNSANITARY MEANS OF FACIALS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE TRYING TO GIVE EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE WORKING WITH BURNT OUT EMPLOYEES WITH NO DREAMS IT MAKES IT A DIFFICULT PLACE TO WORK IN. WORK PLACE BULLYING AT ITS BEST AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING. NO WONDER THERE ARE SO MANY CANCELLATIONS. PAY YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF AND TRAIN THEM. RESPECT ALL THERAPIST NO MATTER WHAT THERE SKIN COLOR IS. DO NOT FIRE PEOPLE JUST TO COVER YOUR OWN ASS. front desk puppets LIE ABOUT WHEN A THERAPIST IS AVAILABLE BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS MAKE A LEAD BASED OFF OF ASS KISSING NOT SKILL LEVEL.MIKE AND TRAVIS LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND FIND SOLUTIONS INSTEAD OF BLAMING 5 STAR EMPLOYEES FOR BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON YOUR BS. CLIENTS THAT REMAIN FAITHFUL REWARD THEM WITH DISCOUNTS AND THANK THEM FOR THERE CONTINUED LOYALTY. THIS BRAND IS SUFFERING BECAUSE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. OWNERS STEP UP NOW. YAHOOO. I can live here. The place is very clean, staff is always friendly, and my therapist is my personal god. Outstanding service from both the establishment and people that work there. It is true that you can find cheaper massage around town, but probably not even close to the quality here.

I have been a member for over 10 years. Love the flexibility to see someone on any day of the week. You can use your hour for a facial or a stretch session. Plus there are a few other perks when you are as member.

I have two things to say. One the place is amazing and all the employees ans super friendly! And two, for miss snob, just because you don't agree with someone's hair color and such gives you no right to be so harsh to that person. How would you like it if I said that I was disgusted with you as a person because I didn't agree with a decision you made about your appearance. That girl is not your daughter or inferior to you in any way so you have no right to judge her based on appearance when you don't even know her...you are a good example of the type of person that disgusts me.

The staff is friendly and the prices are great. They have about 40 massage therapists and the ones that I have tried were amazing. Some better than I've ever had before. I would recommend this place to anyone and not because it's affordable, but because of the quality in service you receive.

The massage was great. Becca was my therapist and she rocks!!! The dark haired lady at the front desk however was very rude and embarrassed me in front of a whole room of customers by accusing me of not paying for my session when it already paid for by my wife as an anniversary gift to me. Her rude behavior made me leave there as tense as when I arrived. They will never see another dime from us.

I've had good therapists and bad here. The good ones don't stick around long, they end up working for more high end spa's in town. The front desk does ok, but I wish they would dim the lights on their product display and not try to upsell me on the way out.

Front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Jackie was my therapist. She was the best therapist I have had. She was able to really help relieve the pain I was having from slouching over a computer. She knows her stuff!

We scheduled a appointment for 12pm we were running 10 mins late and called to let them know and they said it was fine.. we arrived at 12:18pm and they told us we were late and they were going to charge us cancellation fee and charge us to get a massage in machine.. place is garbage franchise they don’t care about their customers.. they charge me $27 for canceling and we left and found a better place..will never recommend

This review is strictly for the poor customer service from the front desk and the recent policy changes, not the therapists. I would frequently purchase gift cards to use toward my massages. At my last appointment I asked them to print out a receipt showing my balances on the cards. When I attempted to use the balances at my most recent visit I was told that one had expired and I'd have to present the other one. I explained that I didn't have the card because the number was supposed to be on file and I never had to present one in the past. The receptionist said that's how they used to do it but their policy had recently changed. I then questioned why a gift card would expire and she proceeded to tell me it was a voucher even though the receipt I showed her said it was a gift card. She said she would check in their safe to see if she could find the card that wasn't given to me and call me. Needless to say, no one called. I also agree with the other reviewers that they can't keep good therapists because they don't pay enough. Every time I find a good one they leave to go somewhere else that pays better.

I am so frustrated and disappointed. I called yesterday for an appointment with a female therapist for my tension headache. I made one for the next day at 10 am. I can only do appointments for a two hour window due to childcare. I show up for my appointment and it wasn’t there. They offer me a half price facial and the receptionist got huffy with me when I couldn’t reschedule my day to accommodate them. I am in pain and in tears. I can’t even go somewhere else because it took so long. Make sure you confirm appointments. Multiple times.
