I had a massage at this location yesterday (09/19/2013). Heather was my massage therapist and she was awesome. Very personable and out going. I have had a lot of massages and this is one of the best I have had. Book with Heather and you will not regret it :)

I bought my wife a membership to Massage envy a few years ago. She goes to her appointments every 2 weeks and has had amazing results. She suffers from back and neck pain. With her treatments from Massage Envy, her pain has been significant reduced. I would recommend this company and this location to anyone and everyone.

What a nightmare of an experience!! And these people are such extremely rude, vulgar, foul and offensive people!! I had massage envy membership for many years and then discontinued as their therapists caused more damage to my body than good. I renewed my membership recently and made an appointment a week in advance. When I went there, I found that they replaced the therapist and didn't even bother to inform me. They had a week to inform me; in addition my appointment was later in the afternoon, so it's not that they didn't have the time! The therapist was awefull! When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, they got very rude. I asked for the manager, and this person named "Tiffany" came over. She was vulgar and rude and offensive! She had no interest in listening to my problem, instead tried to tell me that it was my problem. I hope the owner of this franchise knows what kind of "manager" they have there. It is awefull. I am definitely never gong back there; and think every one should avoid this place.

I work a high-stress desk job, and am constantly getting tight and wound up. My posture also sucks because of this. I tried my first massage here to help with some recent health issues due to the stress, but was INCREDIBLY nervous about the idea. I was set up with ERNEST for a 60-minute intro special, and was not let down! After my 2nd massage, I bought a year membership in full. I stopped by yesterday after struggling with a week long bout of sciatica and was unexpectedly surprised! MT Cassie did an awesome job of breaking down the knots and released my captured nerve. Although I certainly believed I'd feel better afterwards, I had no idea that my backpain would completely desappear! Seriously, the pain was gone!!! I was no longer hunched over, I could bend down, and full range of motion was restored. It was the single best therapeutic massage I've ever had! Most importantly, Cassie saved my Holiday weekend. I had a lot of fun family activities planned over the next couple of days and I can now partake in them all. My family and I are very thankful this year for Cassie, as well as the other great staff members (Marisol, Brunna, Kaylie, etc.) who have assisted me throughout the years at Massage Envy Galleria Mall. Happy Thanksgiving and keep up the great work!

I got a membership here and honestly I don't have time to be there for 1 hour and always when I call they are busy or they want to do it for another day the appointment which I understand if they don't have enough people to take care of clients, so I decided to cancel my membership and they told me NO because I have a contract with them for 1 year. When I sign up they told me there was no contract that I had to let them know 30 days before to cancel. Now I need to wait 1 year and continue with them even if I don't use it.. It suck that they need to force people to stay with them.

We booked an in office session for our team. Krystal (and her chair...lol) came to our office and provided 15 minute neck, shoulder and back massages to each employee. IT WAS AMAZING! She was professional, polite and THOSE HANDS- small but strong for all the right places. Every team member raved about their experience. We highly recommend!

I have been to two locations in Boston & two others here in Las Vegas. This location had one of the best massage therapist I have found. I have fibromyalgia, disc desiccation in my lower 2 discs, sciatica & nerve damage in my right leg. My massage therapist Piedad has helped me in so many ways by her wonderful knowledge in massage & has even tried to research ways of helping me recover from a injury which happened at work that started all my physical problems.. As long as I live in Las Vegas I well only be going to my amazing massage therapist Piedad...

Regretfully, I've had a negative experience with this location and the company in general. I signed up for a three-month membership, I was explicitly told two things: (1) that my membership would NOT renew and it would simply end after the three months with no action required on my part to ensure I had no additional charges; and (2) that once my membership ended, I have two months to redeem the rest of my credits even as a non-member. Well here's how it actually played out: (1) they charged me a membership fee after the end of three months anyway. They admitted it was a mistake and said they are reversing the charge, and (2) they told me that I was misinformed by their staff about the two-month grace period but because I'm no longer a member, they can't do anything about it. They were completely unwilling to take accountability for their mistake and tried to say the system wouldn't let them and tried to use their error as an opportunity to get me to sign up for another month. Before you go here, I recommend shopping around if customer service is important to you.
