I love this massage location!!! I have been going to them for years!!! I did have a membership back in the day, but stopped it. I still continued to get massages even without membership. I have not found a masseuse I don't like. This place cares about their customers and I alsways feel welcomed when I go in cause the staff are so nice.

Desiree is the absolute WORST masseuse you could ever go to! DO NOT use DESIREE. My father left in worse pain then he went in with. He filled out paperwork and explained that his lower and mid back was his problem areas and he only wanted a back massage. She only massaged his mid and lower back for approximately 2 to 3 minutes out of the 48 minute massage which was supposed to be a 1 hour massage. They explained that they only massage for 50 minutes then talk for 10, well that was also false because she only spoke to him for less then 2 min. My dad came home and was literally in tears from the pain. Desiree used her for arm so hard in his shoulder area it left bruising. My dad's chief complaint was his lower and mid back he specifically told the receptionist and the masseuse he had mid and lower back pain terribly and that is where he wanted the massage. I would not recommend using this masseuse ever again.

They got me in on time. The room was clean and presentable with a pleasant aroma and sounds. The masseuse did a good job with the areas I needed worked on. I left feeling refreshed. My neck and back especially needed work and it helped with the pain. I wish I could afford to go more often.

After trying to make an appointment and getting disconnected after being left on hold for several minutes, I called back only to be placed back on hold to be told that the appointment spot I was reserving was already booked. In a matter of 2min? If we weren't constantly being placed on hold after every question the receptionist was asking us I'm sure we would have booked this appointment. Is this a normal occupancy for this company? If so we'll look elsewhere. I fully understand weekends are busy but this location with their front desk staff Just don't seem to know how to get it together.

One of the worst massages I have ever had. The Therapist did not listen to what I wanted worked on and instead decided to do what she wanted to do. I complained to the front desk about the situation and they said "oh well" and still took my money. Worse experience of my life. Avoid this massage envy at all costs!!!!!

Not a fan. I got the “firm massage” & expected to feel relieved afterward. It felt like a baby massaged me... My 4 year old could have done a better job. Plus the lady talked the whole time. & they say you’re getting a 60 minute massage but they kick you out 10 min early to start setting up for the next customer. It’s overpriced too.You’d get more for your money paying $20 an hour in china town. Never going to any massage envy again.

This place is a rip off . I am trying to close the account and I spoke with the lead of this place she never mention that I needed to submit it in writing this was on the 3 of august. I call today to close the account and the manager tells me it needs to be in written 10 days before. The lead never mention it on the 3. Now I got charge another $60.00

This location has extremely poor customer service, regularly runs late, and continually has situations where THEY need to reschedule appointments due to overbooking, no-show employees, etc and instead of calling, they wait until you come in for the appointment to tell you there's an issue.

This place is scum of the earth, not just his location but all of them. The whole company is a joke. Money hungry bastards that don't give a crap about their customers. Every time I try to make an appointment, their prices go up at least $20. Even if you do pay the membership, it's a complete and utter scam. When I started coming here, they copied my credit card information without my knowledge and unwillingly signed me up for their monthly membership. I strictly told them I didn't want a membership, but they went and copied my credit card info and signed me up without me knowing. I only found out when my bank statement came and I had been charged membership fees like crazy. When I called and complained, they acted like they did nothing wrong, and I was completely over exaggerating. I have also been inappropriately hit on by masseuses, both male and female. This company has permanently ruined the affordable massage experience. All the advice I have is to STEER CLEAR of this entire franchise. They do not care about any of their customers well being or happiness, they are just a bunch of money hungry bastards trying to scam everyone they possibly can.

My husband and I have been members for probably 3 years now. We can always find a therapist we like. I prefer deep tissue kind of work, and Tim is awesome for me. I'm getting over an Achilles tendon injury and two subsequent surgeries and Tim has done some great work loosening up the scar tissue. I can actually walk without limping now and go for hikes again! If you want to get regular massages, Massage Envy really can't be beat. It's true that some therapists are better than others, but a lot of it comes down to good communication on the client's part as well. Other than massage, the facility is clean, the receptionists are all really sweet, and the one time in three years that a therapist didn't show up for my appointment, I got to get a facial on the house!

Had a 90 minute session with Janet. It was the best massage I've had in a while. As a massage therapist myself, I need lots of work on upper body and she did excellent work. Ask for Janet. She won't disappoint.
