The woman who runs this business is very unprofessional and rude. I had made an appointment, but unfortunately got sick a day before my appointment. She had not asked for a minimum time to cancel, but I called in plenty of time to cancel. When I called back a couple of weeks later for another appointment, she just said, 'No, she couldn't do it'. I asked if she had another day open, and she repeated that she couldn't do it, and hung up on me. I sent her a message telling her how rude I thought she was, whereupon she told me that I hadn't canceled with enough notice. My, my. People get sick, usually unexpectedly. Unbelievable. My main feeling about her now is- YUK. I wouldn't want her touching me now!

Hired Susan and Samantha for our event and they arrived on time and were very easy to work with. They brought their own massage chair and the rate was very reasonable. I just want to say that Hired Hands did wonders for me! I had a constant pain in my upper right back and, having a very physically demanding job, my entire body NEEDED this. Not only is the pain gone now, but I have been able to sleep better and I seriously think this effected my state of being. I will be doing this more often for sure. Also, it felt amazing! :)

Susan has impressed me. I dislocated my shoulder 3 months ago and severely damaged the muscles in my upper arm as well. Susan has done wonders for me. I honestly didn't think I would ever get my arm back again. I am very pleased. Each time I have seen her for a massage I find I have more mobility in both my shoulder and arm. Very accommodating since we were in Las Vegas for a few days and they were able to come to our hotel for a couples massage the same day we arrived after a 4.5 hr drive. It felt great to have a massage that same day and it was my first time getting a massage. At no point they made me (or my wife) feel uncomfortable, both Susan and Anna were very professional. We used Hired Hands (Susan and Kelli) to give 10 minute neck and shoulder massages in our booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center in March. Professional, friendly, excellent massages (one person said it was the best part of his Vegas visit), couldn’t have asked for more. They even stayed past the agreed upon time one day to accommodate the line. Real plus was the people we got to chat with as they waited, so it was an excellent business decision as well. We will use them again!

Hired Hands Massage is a relaxing place to get a great massage. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. Susan is very experienced and knowledgeable and really works with you. I have Sjogren's Syndrome, an auto-immune disorder, and she has helped me lower my pain through massage. Her location is right off the 215 so it's very easy to get to.
