Exceptional customer service and an amazing massage. Christy the Spa Manager is so kind and was so nice and accommodating to my needs. Darlene was also my massage therapist and she did an amazing job working out my knots in my back and was very good at what she does. If you ever need a good massage with great customer service that goes that extra mile, this is where you need to go.

I visited Hand & Stone during the grand opening and had a wonderful experience! Tanya was my massage therapist and I would highly recommend her. The women at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely be back. The facility is lovely as well.

My first visit was amazing and I'll certainly return, not just because of my massage therapist, Jared, who offered an amazing prenatal massage, but also because of the warm and friendly staff and the clean, inviting facility. Their monthly membership is a great value and overall this place is a really nice addition to downtown summerlin!

I had an appointment with Crystal for a facial and a microdermabrasion. Hands down one of the best overall experiences I've had at a spa. Crystal focused not only on my face but my neck as well. She spent extra time on my problem areas as well as gave me a massage while my face mask sat. On top of it all, I had mentioned to Crystal that I had a negative result with a face cream I was recommended by someone else and Crystal went straight to the manager and told her about my experience with the cream. They filled out an incident report and told me to bring in the cream and they would exchange it for something else. Crystal and the manager (wish I got her name) were amazing! I just started working at Hand and Stone as a Massage Therapist and I'm very happy with my experience as an employee. The pay is good, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and staff and management that I work with are helpful, kind, and generous. It's my professional opinion that Hand and Stone is the best corporate massage companies out there. I worked at Elements Massage just down the street for a few weeks, and I informed the manager that I would be leaving because I found a better opportunity at Hand and Stone and the manager proceeded to yell at me, called me "unprofessional" and then asked that I work one more week before leaving completely. Well, after that conversation I declined that request for obvious reasons. So customers, if you want a great massage and want to support a good business that provides a great atmosphere for their staff and clients, Hand and Stone is the right place. Thanks for reading.

I looked haggard and wanted to feel more vibrant before attending a wedding and everything about this place was great. The manager Christie (sp.?) is a complete professional and warmly accommodated me fairly last minute. I was skeptical at first when I met the aesthetician, Hannah, as she seemed very young, but she gave me a great facial and eye treatment. Fair prices. Easy parking too.

Excellent Massage! Kate is definitely the most learned masseuse I have ever met! Her knowledge, skills, technique, and guidance were incredible! My only wish for Hand & Stone would be that there were more amenities (quiet room, steam room perhaps, changing facilities, showers, etc.). However, I still decided to join the Membership group!

Had my first and definitely not the last massage there. The place is brand new and super clean. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Marie was my massage therapist who did an excellent job with the hot stone massage. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massage, the two therapist I talked to were both experienced and well qualified. Owners are very nice people, as I got to meet them at the check out. Highly recommend this place, especially with their introductory rate for new clients.

Had a great experience from start to finish at the Downtown Summerlin location. My daughter and I had gift cards and we both opted for massages. We both enjoyed our massages our masseuses definitely had magic hands. They asked what pressure we preferred and once they started they checked in to make sure the pressure wasn’t too light or too hard. When we were done, I went to pay with my gift card and one was missing from the card. It must have fallen out and into the bag before we left for our appointment. I had a small moment of panic. I was going to pay for it and I would have just had an extra massage when I got back home to Ohio. Then the receptionist said not to worry and she could look it up by the person who purchased the gift cards. She found it and put the gift card toward my visit. Everyone was super friendly, the decor was soft and calming and was very clean too. I loved it so much that I did end up signing up for the membership. I figured a little self care was worth the price and the membership prices for extra services is fantastic. Definitely worth trying it out.

I had a little trouble finding it. It's on the 2nd floor fyi. But everyone was so nice, they offered me water and were very helpful when I got lost. Eddie the massage therapist I saw was very friendly, gave an amazing deep tissue massage, and gave me advice on the way out. I will definitely be returning.

I went there a few days ago with my cousins for a massage. Service was really excellent! The owner and the staff all did a great job welcoming us and making us feel comfortable. You could really tell how much effort was put into making the place beautiful. The colors used were calming, music was relaxing and the whole place smelled wonderful. My therapist during my visit was Jason and I could say he did a very good job. I will definitely be back.

Tried Hand and Stone Massage our of curiosity as we are often receiving flyers for specials and I couldn’t get in with my regular masseuse on short notice. My biggest issue with this experience is that I was expecting and paid for a 60 minute massage. Granted, it was the introductory rate, but I’m glad I didn’t pay the $90 rate, as it is not a true 60 minute massage. I arrived early to complete paperwork and was taken back on the hour. After a brief introduction from the very nice masseuse, I disrobed and was on the table a few minutes before the masseuse came back in. We finished at 52 minutes past the hour....so basically a 47 minute massage. The massage itself was good, although the transitions were more rapid and brisk than I have experienced in the past...likely due to the strict time schedule they adhere to. People were pleasant and the waiting room was nice, but it had too much of a corporate/assembly-line feel.

Bought a membership, unable to use as this shop does not have staff to accommodate. No evening appointments available, few afternoons. Does not accept scheduling more than a week out, so no opportunity to set up regular bi-weekly maintenance massages. What sounds like a good deal is really not.

Originally I made a snap judgement and did not think they were helpful to me. I am sorry I posted that because they helped me find the massage person that was right for me. In fact they were determined to find me a good fit for my issues which include severe pain. They connected me to Linda who is unbelievable. Without this particular massage therapist I am on a walker, unable to walk across the room by 4 pm every day and on prednisone...a nasty drug with bad side effects. With LINDA? I am pain free for the week. That's more than incredible...that is a natural healer, an intuitive healer, and a fabulous massage therapist. No wonder that within 1 1/2 months she was being booked for weeks out! Thank you to the staff that greets you, that worked so hard to make sure I had a great experience and finally to LINDA who keeps me pain free.

We came in for a couples massage today! The owner and receptionists were friendly and attentive. The spa is new and (obviously) beautiful. My partner received a massage from Maria. He prefers deep tissue and it’s rare that anyone can get deep enough pressure. He was impressed by her pressure and specific back/neck/shoulder work. She is a dual licensed therapist and said she does facials as well! I receive a massage from Eduardo. I prefer more firm pressure and deep tissue on my upper back. He was very attentive to my requests and did an amazing job at balancing the firm pressure and deep tissue where I needed it. He worked out my trigger points with apparent ease, and that’s not an easy task! We live in Arizona and were fortunate enough to be able to get a massage while we were here and are so glad we did! If you’re looking for skilled therapists, I would definitely recommend this location! We will be back!

Thankful to have discovered Hand & Stone Massage. Just had my second massage yesterday and as hard as it was to top the first one, they did! Marla is a massage magician! I went in with a headache and left with no headache, feeling relaxed and refreshed. The entire staff is friendly & welcoming. Signed up for monthly membership and so glad I did. What an all around fantastic experience! I look forward to future visits! Update: Since Marla no longer works there, I've been seeing Lauren. Lauren is equally amazing! She always knows just what I need. Every single time I leave relaxed and refreshed. Thanks to the entire team at Hand & Stone - you all are top notch!! 4/13/18: Just had a massage with a new therapist Christine.... A-mazing! Will be back and often for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely spa setting and incredible massage therapists. I was hesitant because of past experience with monthly membership spas however this facility is run by massage industry experienced staff. Carrie was my therapist and she has experience and was amazing. I joined because I loved the facility so much and a monthly massage or facial is exactly the self care I need. Conveniently located in Downtown Summerlin. Absolutely recommend Hand and Stone.
