The massage was good but at the end, they demanded a tip. We gave them five dollars per person and they demanded ten. We argued briefly with them to say that it was not mentioned or stated when we first received the treatment, they quickly pointed to a chart that has the tip fee. $5 was for unhappy and $10 was for happy. Although it was a good massage, it was still a rip-off. We stood our ground, told them that it was an unpleasant experience with the mandatory tip made known to us at the end. Tips are supposed to be a voluntary amount and $5 already makes 25% of the treatment. It's definitely more than enough. Final advice: if you want an okay massage, and you are willing to pay the extra for tips, pls try but if you are not agreeable with their unethical practice, I suggest you stay clear.

Great massage but they changed the owners and I will NEVER go here again BECAUSE the owners pushed me to tip more (I am a great tipper) and afterwards the owner took a part of the tip from the employees right in front of me. What a boss:(

I was having a lot of pain last that week. I asked my husband to bring me to Good Foot and have Wen take care of my pain.. She is the best in Las Vegas very mild but very strong hands. She smells good. Usually others smells like smoke. Gina took care of my husband he said she is really good too. We gave them $15 each for tips, just because I was really in pain, and she really took all the pains away. It's a combinations of pain and really good massage. Highly recommended been here 5 times it's consistently good!!!!

I got the one hour full body massage which was much needed but still felt it was missing something. Other than that the service was good but I did not like the fact there is a mandatory tip fee which they do not inform you about until you're ready to pay.

I moved to Vegas about 5 years ago, and I've been going to Good Foot Spa since before I moved out here, just as a tourist. Today, it's one of my go-to spots for releasing the knots and tension out of my neck. I don't like that they "prefer" cash payment/tips and that they almost make the tip mandatory. What if you didn't like the massage?? Luckily, my massages here are really good most of the time. The therapists know their thai techniques. Very affordable!

I wish I could give this place a big ZERO. Me and my mother have never been here before. We were grieving the loss a family member. The staff did not know this but they didn't have to. We wanted reflexology to relax before our flights out of town. My mother has a great masseuse by the name of lee. I on the other hand had my feet and partial leg lotioned for an hour. I asked for pressure ....no pressure given. We finish up and I pay for services which were 20. No tip included. They asked why no tips and I said why I wasn't giving her a tip. The gentleman behind the counter reached over the counter in an aggressive manner and told me I'm not allowed to come back and I said I wasn't planning on it. My mother paid and ask to put a $5 tip on her card and she was told the minimum tip is only $10 and up. As if? This business is extremely rude to their customers and I absolutely did not have a great experience. I usually tip very well but in this instance I was dissatisfied as a customer. Do not go here! PLEASE go to the thousands of other foot spa massage places. Do NOT spend your money here!!

My boyfriend, my mother and I come to this place often. This experience was definitely 5 stars! Holly was recommended to me because she knows when to go hard and soft, and how to massage correctly in the right places. I am extremely sore from the gym and she know where to go softer and went deep in my shoulders. Massage was so great I feel I had a massage therapy session because I came out with much less tension. I tip $20 on a $20 service, the place and Holly specifically is highly recommended.

Best massage not just in Vegas, but probably in the whole USA. For only 20 bucks you get full massage! Compare to thai massage thats very expensive and its not even good, they just step on you, overrated. I had Vivian, she was very good. I will make this a habit every week.

Went there with my familly and will be back! Knowing we had to leave tips we included in our budget so no surprise! 2 of us did the regular (20$/h each). 2 other did the deep (35$/h each). We left 50$ for tips for all. It was fantastic!! Highly recommend this place

TOTAL ROBBERS!! The massage itself was amazing, which is why we opted for a second hour. However, when it came time to pay, I paid $40 for 2 hr massage. And I gave her 15% tip = $6. She counts it and says it's not enough, and thay I need to pay more. So I was like how much? N she showed me the ridiculous tip chart (TOTAL SCAM) and said "$20." I was like what?!?!?! I'm not tipping you 50% of the massage service price. No where in this world requires a 50% tip!! And tip is an extra something people freely choose to give, and not to be bullied into giving!!! So I gave her a couple more dollars and left. This place should not be allowed to run business like this. They're probably underpaying their masseuses and making up the difference in exorbutant tip amounts.

Not a fan of massages usually, but this place was great! I think it’s my first or second time falling asleep during a massage! Very relaxing! They really respect the peace of the customers as well. Loved it! Had the $20/hour massage.

The place is really nice, but they robbed you with the tip. My mom & I just went there today for a foot massage. When the paying time comes, I gave $14 for tips for both which should be a decent tips. But the lady says it's not enough for an hour. I don't want to embarrass them & bicthed the employee so I gave 20 for tips for both. This really pisses me off. I've been into 2 different spa but they do the same thing for tipping. I was thinking, is that the tipping requirement to tip 50% for the job they do.. I'm pretty sure they underpaying the employee that's why they rob the costumers for tipping. WHAT A SHAME FOR THE BUSINESS RIPPING OFF THIER COSTUMERS FOR TIPPING

Worst massage ever. So unprofessional, as well. The ladies were talking to each other in their own and laughed. One even picked up her phone during the massage. The other came in 20 minutes later but still finished the massage the same time. When we gave them $5 each for tip out of courtesy they demanded $10 instead. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Got a Deep/60 minute for $35. It was fantastic. Feel 100 times better. I left $20 for a tip. I see people complaining about it is the only reason I shared my tip. I get lower back pain and foot pain really bad and she really helped. Very happy customer.

What I got: $20 massage at around 2pm Good: they go out of their way to close the curtains and doors to reduce light and noise Bad: (lots) * masseuse cover your eyes and massage with one hand and use their phone on the other. Call them out in the act to have them overcompensate their enthusiasm. * aggressive tipping standard. They will give you flak and tell you to "NEVER RETURN" if you tip less than $10. Stand your ground or quiet them with a good reason ("they were on their phone"). * crammed seating. Other masseuse may bump into * next door is an arcade or something; you may hear bumping noises there.

Went there for a couples massage. Never, ever ever go there. The lady does the worst massages. On the way out, we gave the guy a $10 tip on a $20 service. Even though it was the worst massage, still gave her a 25% tip. She started cursing and demanded a hire tip. Crazy woman....many places to chose from, do not go there. Id give negative stars if possible.

My wife and I had the 1 hour half body/half foot massage. For $35 each, it was good value. It wasn't the best massage I've ever had, but it very good. Friendly staff and water provided afterwards. Gave them $90 with tip for the two massages. I'd go back.

I’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. I get the $35 deep tissue massage. Never had any issues with them demanding tip because i normally leave 10 dollars. We are talking about a one hour full body massage for $45 total people. The massages are great. I ask them to not do a head massage and they use more time on concentrated areas that i request in advance. Really worth the money. Have never been asked for “extra” services. So far, this place is a golden gem.

Perfect service. Have gone with stiff neck and they've massaged it away completely. Their hot stone therapy is awesome. You get excellent relaxation therapy for the best price in town. Yes, the tip is higher but that still beats the price anywhere in town with the same quality of service.

Received a 90 minute massage and the facility was clean, quiet, relaxing and the appropriate amount of pressure was applied in all the right places. Thank you so much Julie I feel so much better. In addition, the pricing can not be beat!!
